I’m 23 years old and had a trigger finger on my right ring finger for the past 5 years. I’m right handed. I couldn’t make a fist without my finger getting stuck. I got the shot 3 years in. @@hilosurf It’s quite difficult to cover every potential question that comes up in a video. There are many questions that I field in the comments section and they vary depending on the person’s situation. A short UA-cam video cannot possibly cover everything, which is why I wrote a 500 page rehab book.
Can those exercises straighten my triggers fingers on my both hands .? Those fingers are having a sort of curved joint under their nails.
I have trigger finger on both hands. I can't afford to get surgery done on both of my left hand and my right hand they both lock up and I try to straighten them up. I'm scared to get surgery because if the doctor mess up on my hand then I won't be able to use my hands.?

My daughter is 3 years 6 months and her left hand ring finger triggers at the time of sleep.plz advice
can trigger fingers and pinkies be caused by doing pullups? someone please answer me..
I have trigger finger on my right hand at my ring finger. It's difficult to write and can't bend down anymore. Sometimes I woke up my finger was locked already. 😢
You might need to look into a cortisone injection or a finger splint. I would recommend seeing a certified hand therapist (CHT).
@@norenetamayo5341 - 3 options- 1. Finger exercises (physical therapist); 2) cortisone injection 3) surgery. I’ve decided to follow option 1) exercises; after seeing my PT and MD(orthopedic surgeon). If exercises don’t work than proceed to other options.
I've just had a cortisone injection. So far it's 50-50. I'm going to do these exercises everyday to see if they help. If not looks like i'll be under the knife!
I trying but not working
I am 33 years old and somehow managed to massively damage all of my fingers in what seems like a trigger finger way...I am gonna give this a try....I'm basically gonna lose my career if I don't resolve this....I need help but no one will help me and my health insurance wont cover anything...I can barely type and my job requires I can use my fingers well....I hope someone helps me.... I'm at the end of my life if this doesn't help...
@@cristianpiano2170 get a referral from your dr to see a physical therapy to learn exercise. Simple exercise of putting hand down on table and pulling finger back as far as you can. Do it several times a day like 20 reps each set. If that doesn’t work after a few weeks see Ann orthopedic surgeon for injection.
Reducing carbs and sugar in your diet and increasing protein helps because it reduces inflammation. Traumacare homeopathic gel helps with pain.
can you know price of rehab book ❤
Good video But, 5 minutes before we get to the useful bit
Understanding the condition is also useful for many people.
Then learn to use video scrubbing, Peter.
Another sales pitch!
People have to make a living. He is providing these videos free of charge and you aren't required to buy his book. It's not that much of an imposition for him to mention it.
