Good run. My Danchee with only wheels and tires and pen springs inside the shocks just about hangs with the $ comp crawlers I go out with.I really like running it on those smooth flowing red sandstone areas.
With Grayson’s Ridge Rock, he put 1.5 oz on each side using wheel weights on top the servos. He also added some HoBao crawler wheels and tires and that awesome body from you and it is awesome. I definitely see one of these in 2024 for our channel
Truck looks great. I've got SSD rims (cuz that's all I use) and JConcpets rubber on my Corvair snow truck and it's a killer combo. This rig will perform. Thanks for sharing.
great video, I put some injora wheels and vanquish tires I had around on my sons, I did order the hex extensions you went with though! servos are in the cart for when he breaks a stock one. Interested to see what else you do with it

You’re gonna want em on every car you care about performance. I wanna try the knockoffs they even say jconcepts. I gotta do the cheap weight truck!!! Man I’d have to drop that thing like inches…and it would pull like any line!!! Man looks so mean w spacer and tires!!! Actually don’t mind the body…funny how a lot of new rigs Fordyce, ascent, some others this year so not scale but so cool. This looks a lot like an older ford ranger to me. How much do you love those tires bro!!!!

The motors do receive equal power. What is happening is that when it is pointed up and all the weight is on the back the equal amount of torque applied allows the front to spin while the rear doesn’t because there is less weight on it
Oh yeah I'm actually 40min north of Columbus I take my stuff all over parks in Ohio are pretty good tons of ledges parks towards Cleveland I've hit hocking hills and high banks park in Columbus is pretty good the delaware state park damn is also cool

Awesome upgrades definitely makes a difference. I quit using the clawback for the same reason the power delivery was terrible. Twin ESCs is what I think it will take. Definitely let us know how you fix it. Take care and have fun brother
I just got a ridge runner and I'm trying to find metal steering links that will fit without doing any modifications... do you have any recommendations? This is my first RC in 20+ years, and the first one I've ever even attempted to do any sort of upgrade on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
DANCHEE!!!! That thing looks so awesome now with those wheels and tires!! Wow! Im thinking that if you angle the shocks back to that first battery holder screw location the twist on this thing will be nearly as good as the first Danchee but will probably need more of the body cut away. Either way, the thing is unreal for the price range :) Nice crawling man!

Good upgrades, if I change a truck it's normally wheels for weight. Funny how lopping off the arches makes the truck look so much better.

You can find limited parts on ebay I end up making my own parts links especially wish they had more available parts for this truck

It seems to me like you wouldn’t want to but anything like a Fusion or maybe one of the lower end Holmes Hobbies motor with a 1080.

$170, throw a 1080 esc/ HH motor + what you have done. I’m sure that would be a blast.
These vehicles have dual 380 size motors on the axles. The standard 1080 and 540 motor doesn’t work here
