A comparison between the 33’s would be cool and a shoot off. If you could only pick one omen or v3x. I did a review on the grip also. I recommended if you and a buddy have the same bow. Split the cost of the grip and if you don’t like it you only paid 25 bucks instead of 50. Great review and keep up the great content.
Great ideas! Thanks for checking out the channel and giving feedback - very valuable to me at this point with getting things started.
Hey man would love to see a review on the V3X 33.
And also a comparison on the pse omen vs the V3X 33.
Keep up the great vids 👍
Thanks! I’ll see what I can do. On my way back from the elk woods in Colorado
I felt you weren't 100% sold that is a necessity or creates a more consistent grip. With a price tag of 150, probably not going to add it to my cart. Great job on the review of the product. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you!! I think these type of things are very personal. I definitely like the additional angle it adds to the grip. I find myself not "searching" for my spot on the grip as much with a newer bow, but I also think you can achieve a comfortable consistent grip other way. Also, the price is $50, which I think is a bit high for what it is.
Do I need to take my Bowmar grip tape off my bows?
@@zackofalltrades510 From what I recall, your setup is pretty dialed in!
@@s.g.holmes wish we were closer to collaborate more!! I’m getting ready to start doing stuff with guns and bows!!
@@zackofalltrades510 me too man! It would be awesome to do some stuff together. Looking forward to seeing your content!
I tried it on my Levitate, and didn't shoot as consistently as I did just shooting off the riser. I might be the exception though--I've been shooting a PSE Evolve 35 for 5 years before upgrading to the Levitate, and the Evolve 35 did not have a grip. So, I've been conditioned to using the PSE riser as my grip. In addition, I have extra large hands, where I could feel the entire back of the riser against my palm. I didn't have that full contact when trying the Ultraview grip, even though I tried it on two separate weekends, about 5 weeks apart. The high wrist position just did not help me be more consistent/accurate.
Thanks for weighing in - Gotta go with what works for you!
I bought one of these grips and like how it gives my hand a wider base. I really don't care too much about the raised grip surface. Maybe a little bit of grip but the original is pretty abrasive on my beat up hands. Has anyone tried to sand it down? If so how did you go about it without ruining the grip
I’ve never tried doing that. I like the grip mine gives how it is. I’m sure you could knock it back a bit by sanding as it’s made of plastic.
If it was 20 or 25 bucks I might try it. Until then, I will stick to skateboard tape on the back of the riser
I hear ya on that!
Big fan of UV and Dud! But, $50 is a big rip-off for a piece of plastic. JS
I hear ya man!
