Welcome to some insight into the absolute necessity for a car if you live in a small village, not a larger town with at least some public transportation. Please do like, subscribe, comment, and click the notification symbol if you'd like to know when we upload NEW content for you. Bye for now!

What area are you in, and what is the climate like compared to London?

Hi there! We're in Central Brittany. The weather is very much like that whole southern band of the UK that includes London. We have cold, wet winters, occasional snow or ice, rain throughout the autumn and spring, then drier but not-too-hot summers. We did have an odd summer in 2022 that was hotter than normal, but we live in an old house with thick stone walls, so we don't feel the heat and rarely even turn on a fan in the summer months. We personally think our weather is fab because neither of us enjoys the heat and we don't mind the on-and-off cool rain year-round. Hope that helps!

It’s people like you speeding that make these roads so dangerous. Slow down!

You funny man! When I edited the video, I quite intentionally sped it up in various sections to between 1.8x to almost 3x. Mark doesn't speed. But I did make the video easier to watch when you weren't watching OVER an hour of original footage at the original speed. (grin!)

@ Lol! I realised that. I hardly recognised the route. The new bridge makes a big difference to my journey.

@@matthewbeaghen2148 Hang on -- Mark said you might be making a funny comment, not a serious comment. Ah well, count on me to interpret things too literally on occasion.
