      @@dannymoontattoos yeah, would have died in seconds in real life. Modern melee combat is easy because mfs are out here with fists instead of spears, swords and shields. Medieval melee combat was probably a nightmare unless you were lucky enough to own full plate armour and have the chance to train in it every day, you would be a damn war machine.

      slowmo, he wrote it in description so i dont think he was trying to hide it.
      Personally i think it's really impressive either way, he makes his videos really cinematic.

      It's pretty damn easy to coordinate even without slow mo or a short weapon. I like to do a held parry (parry, but u keep ur swords touching after) before running past them while sliding my sword off theirs and then turning quickly into a thrust through their face. All one motion, no second needed for readjustment. Try it and see urself

      @@NieR042 yes slow motion was used here, no handling mods though. Sometimes I like to use fast handling mod with custom settings.

      It's slowmotion and that's one of the most ez things to do. So sure it looks good, but it gets overused because of it being ex to pull of

      If it was slowed, you would hear the sound and his hand and his surroundings would not be moving as fast.

      @@corporatesync have you heard of reading his description. "Sped up slowmotion was used". It is very common in this sort of blade and sorcery videos. So no wonder that his surroundings move vaster if it's sped up. All he did was speed up the video to the amount the game got slowed down, because the sounds are also just slowed down.

    I do really appreciate that you point out slow motion was used, but god damn. Even in my experience I couldn't pull off such an impressive display in slow motion. Not even close. I love watching your stuff. It's endlessly entertaining.

      The game sucks on u12 every hit makes the enemy topple over or go flying its whack and even with mods to lower strength and other mods to help with npc health n blah blah it still doesn't help

      @@CheeseburgerStreaming It's a mod that came out for u12 called Dynamic Breakables, I think. Great mod. Haven't got to try it myself yet, but it looks amazing everytime I've seen it.

    3:01 is the best one. Feels almost exactly like that one Glory Kill on the Marauder when he just catches Doomguy's fist, but then he just extends the Doom Blade into his skull. Amazing stuff.

    Ok the cart trick was new and cool. Have you tried doing the same thing but using the spell again to blast the cart at enemies below? I think that would look awesome too.

      That takedown was so gorgeous I was in shock when he did that, I’ve been trying to learn to grab enemies and BODY SLAM them into objects, literally my favorite thing to do in games.

    Your movement is really good! It does look like you’re trying to return to a guard or stance, plus you move your weapon when you pivot which helps defend/catch some people like your last kill. It shows you’re learning some of the necessities of multiple opponent combat, constantly moving and having a dynamic guard to complement the movement.

      -just start somewhere, thinking too much about it is not necessary initially, you'll learn as you go.
      -dont keep unrealistic expectations, this youtube thing takes time. The first time my video got 1000 views was after three years.

    my favorite, weapon and spell combo is Gravity spell with a longsword, i feel so badass just swinging a longsword and everybody around me is floating waiting for their demise, especially when you can use telekinesis to throw the sword and it foxes itself into a throwing spear basically, oh and using telekinesis to swing the blade instead of holding the handle also feels really fucking cool, you got try it.

    it seems like some of the scenes are in focus mode
    you can tell by the sound of the kills yells and slowed clashes on how they are muffled

    I thought this would be a video where the guy just swung the sword aimlessly and said, "This looks cool im a badass," but honestly, this was cool. i particularly like the tackling. It looked very smooth, and that first deflection of the arrow was clean.
