We have also seen many videos of Sophie from this show. I hope you will also post the Ink Spots singing their famous song "If I Didn't Care" on this episode! "Java Jive" was a Top 20 hit for the Ink Spots in 1941. Written by Ben Oakland & Milton Drake.

Even in 1952 Ed Sullivan promoted black entertainers and continued the practice until the Ed Sullivan Show ended.
I was weened on this music by my parents. I remember buying my them cassettes for their car so they had something else to listen to than the radio.
Grandma's fave group. That's music!
