Adayshanti is an authentic guy. His ability to explain and teach concrete abstractions ( paradoxical) is profound. The guy is juat a guy with extraordinary realizations. I have watched him for many years. Really enjoy this specific video teaching silence. 🔵
i remember the feel of the listening as a baby... it sounds just like what you describe... when you relax and listen, all the sounds ammount to this lovely feeling you get and they all make up a symphony each beloging in there perfectly...it gives a sense that everything is just as it should be and the louder the sounds the greater the silence. i love it, still get reminded of it occasionally. sometimes it gives a feeling of being in a small shoe box where everything is predetermined already set and the inhabitants dont know it. they believe it is the entire universe. but it's just a small box
my husband thinks there is smth wrong with me. I stop during conversation sometimes and often wouldn't know what to say or respond. I am trying to respond, but there is this stillness awareness of everything inside of me, there is no desire to respond, no point, or it's probably because the conversation is simply boring! Haha
Can have different causes (like dehydration/exhaustion), but I also know this as a possible post-ayahuasca symptom. It feels as if the other person said something so messed up that you don't even know how to respond, but it's not about what they said; you just can't form the thoughts to direct the words.
I think part of this is the conditioning and expectation of “time frame” most people have of when is the normal time frame to reply, etc. I’ve noticed this in conversations too, I may settle into presence and then it would be a moment I’d normally have spoken already and I feel energetically the other person feels like I’m ready to move or don’t want to talk to them anymore something lol … also I believe the lack of desire to respond is more to do with the appreciation and value for that silence and stillness, something inside says I’m content with this… hope that helps or resonates 🙏
Aha, I have a similar experience. Some things I can't respond, in the moment sometimes I feel profoundly like I don't want to contribute to the " noise" on the surface!

When I think it couldn't get deeper it always does, more profound , concrete and revelatory.
Sending gratitude from within a Daoist monastery near Seattle!! 💙😊☯️
By any chance the one in Snohomish?
@@CliftonBullard yes indeed! Xuan Xiu Gong. ☯️🙏
How on earth could Adyashanti get a dislike, lol. Boggles my mind.
Chilupian. CC&C there's one person out there who hates freedom 😂
This dislike is from a person whose mind is caught in some kind of idea and got trap in it and cannot be free!
Jesus got lots of dislikes and I bet the Bhudda also eventhough his approach was less provocative for the powers that be.
chris johns I plead ignorance but you got my point :)
It could be just a missclick! LOL
I prefer think this way! ;)
Peace

most men would kill for a silent wife.
That's so sweet! Though I would love to have deep talks with my partner, there's a profound beauty in simply sitting with silence.

Silence is not regarded as important while it is providing existence it self and seemingly insignificant it is God it self.

Cool.
I'm sure he's from another planet - look at the classic grey aliens and look at Adyas eyes ...... whoa :)
Yeah, I noticed! Totally different! ... Shapeshifter, certainly.
Heaven is speaking. Stop the chatter.
I'll be the 100th
