Same not sure whats up with this quest, I even went the negative karma route. Im stuck on "Haven of Criminals" any ideas?

I can't find any quest called "Haven of Criminals". AFAIK the only requirements for the questline in the video is to be lvl 55+ and completing the Oberin's Tragedy questline.

@@zz994 by killing certain wild animals (like gazelles in Kamasylvia), Calpheon protestors, and ofc players in forced PvP (Alt+C)
