As a complete noob, this is exactly the content I need. It's great that a gazillion people make specific class videos, but nobody ever explains the basics. Keep it up mate, great video! First youtuber I ever turned notifications on for, can't wait for the next video!
Such a good video man, literally the best explanation how to do things, I just love how you got into this little details that no one talks about.PVP community needed videos like this.Keep up your work man this is just a wonderful video ❤
Great to have you back man! It is nice to see that you are human when you play your alt😊, at the end you feared the rogue and then went in for a fear on the priest at the end. Happenes to me too sometimes😊
trying to learn dps and this video was super helpful to understand positioning and cc. Would love to see more videos going over high level concepts and general game play analysis.
Bro I’ve always wanted a video like this. I play bgs all the time but I just don’t really know what to do in arenas with the dampening. Def looking forward to the next vids
Fantastic content. Really insightful. Diamond in the rough type shi. One tip in your intro, resolve the viewer’s doubts about your credibility by stating your credentials (whether you’ve been rank 1, titled, gladiator, etc).
Finally a video for healing pvp, I just started disc priest and stuck at 1750 solo shuffle and no youtube videos on healing or how know when yo dispel fears cyclones off your teammates and positioning vs ranged comp when you have melee comp , or all melee or all ranged and how to not get chained cc and trained on 😂 , I'll be watching out for more videos, subed I'm visual learner and love diagram with circles really clears up positions, if you could do all maps that be awesome. And ways to know when enemy popped all major ability and how to counter and I have tough time tracking everything going on I get tunneled vision in healing, throwing dots and penances at enemy and try stay away from other healer that I nvr know what ability's enemy used or has I just counter tempo based on my teams health and mana always becomes issue in long games
As a lifelong dps, I've wanted to learn to heal pvp for so long, hoping this series will help kickstart that and motivate me to just do it. I think a lot of my apprehension comes from anxiety, not being as good as I want to be, etc. I also enjoy all of the healers so much I can never decide which one to play! I would say shaman and hpriest are probably the only ones I don't have a moderate to strong interest in, while disc and hpal are the ones I have the most fun with.
really good content. I wanna see more of this series for sure. This was good, tip\ food for thought - what about in Shuffle or something when dps just pulling you everywhere, is there a time where u can't be on a pillar? Just max range at that point? Again, ty! I hope to see a lot more of this.
Very nice video! Good explanation and showcase of the concept and reason behind your positioning. 2 things I'd like to see added: 1. Evoker might make a special case with their lower range - how do you cope with that? 2. At the beginning you say that positioning might change depending on your comp (melee/caster, double melee, double caster) but I only noticed explanations for caster/melee.
It's crazy that I was looking for a video on tactics and yours showed up. Insta Sub. Did wish that you showed healing with a double melee comp in terms of positioning though.
I have played wow religiously for many years, and I have taken breaks.. Many times I tried to learn keybinding to avoid clicking, but my A.D.D. or something really makes it hard and I never truly switched over. At my peak I think I only ever reached 1850 or something like that and I only ran with friends as their healer, while I used add ons to heal. My purpose for this comment is to say I will not be seeking rated matches with randoms solely to save THEM the struggle. I am VERY good at how I click, but no one should have to suffer my failure to observe what is happening all the time. I hope this message reaches all the clickers, when I say roll with friends, or roll random rbgs for ratings, otherwise, seriously put some time into keybinding. I hurt many friends ratings over the years, I wish I never had... they were SOLID players.
Nice position guide sounds great in Theorie and then you q Solo shuffle and your range try too run insode you the hole game while your meele run in kos on the otherside of the map
Nice one. Could you make an Episode or squeez it somewhere in where you show how you actualy heal ? I mean no mouse over healing (target Arena 1,2,3). when to use big cd when not. Some tips for keybinding and so on.... That would be great.
@@derkaman123123 exactly, except I use '^' to target myself. Also: Use a macro instead of the blizz keybinds for targeting Party 1/2. That way you cannot accidentally target a pet.
Nice video! Can you maybe give some examples for different situations for positioning on all maps? Like I find some maps are totally different to play with different combs. Sure the basic stay away at pillar stays kind of the same but for example if your teammate Los'ing you, and I need to push in, like how to do best and stuff. Would be very grate. Thanks mate
Thanks for the guide, appreciate your effort. Would love some examples on what to do when the current positioning is bad and repositioning is not easily doable. Like what would be the best move after mistakes were made, or a "second best" choice. In your example at 03:06 it does not seem to be a good choice to get into the open or cross the map to reposition, so how would I fix that?
Really love the video man that was really informative! But I still don't get the bunched up (as you explain in Dpriest) with the high amount of cleave damage we have now... wouldn't that be a big disadvantage since now everyone is taking high damages?
Outstanding video flop. Fought you once on your druid in twos and it was frustrating experience so i had to check this out. What addon is that showing your teammates position?
a diagram for positioning rule of thumbs on every map would be good. awkward maps like the mechagon one or mugambla are awkward and sometimes not sure what to do
Great vid😃can u tell me addon names who gives u mark on your team? And what addon names show u when u play palladin under ur character show u enemy team have stun ar they have burst?
id like to learn how you know when to play what healer for what comp! also side question, i main boomy so my druid is in full haste gear, how much of a throw is it to heal/play resto with such low mastery, i usually heal on priest or pres who are geared for their heal spec
What do you do in solo shuffle when all four dps are all over the place? i find myself running after my own team a lot just to be able to reach them with my heals, which gets me off my pillar and out in the open.
All I’ve wanted since I started pvp was a guide like this. Nobody ever talks about the fundamentals
one of the best healer guides i think ive ever watched tbh
As a complete noob, this is exactly the content I need. It's great that a gazillion people make specific class videos, but nobody ever explains the basics.
Keep it up mate, great video!

Thank you so much! There is much more to come :)
fantastic video man. i learned a lot even as a decent healer. hope you keep putting these out. You deserve a sub from the entire wow pvp community.
As a healer, I truly appreciate your effort. This is what the community needs. My sincerest gratitude!
Finally a good Arena Healer video. Thanks 🙏🏻
The value of this video is insane! Thank you very much for putting in the effort!

Always a great thing when a dos understands their healers actions
Sick video! Learned a lot from it! Can’t wait for the next video!
Awesome video, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for the last week! Do more plssss
I’m so here for this series
These high level breakdowns are what we need!
Super excited for the rest of this series, been waiting for something like this

Thanks for your time. There are few things better than hearing the thought process of an R1. It really speeds up game improvement.

Very nice video. Im a 2k healer playing the worst class in game: mw monk. I hope i can improve more by watching your videos, Greetz from Morocco
This breakdown is sick, totally sub’d ty
amazing video! please make more! I would like to know how to position better playing with Preservation healer and double melee comp!
waiting for the next! thanks
Really well explained. Great job!

Yes! I plan on doing short individual videos for each of those companies styles :)
Instant sub! Insanely good video, love your style and explanation. P.S. insane skills that poor rogue - how to carry as healer!
legendary video bro! Please keep doing those
Great video. Please post more.

I’ll make sure to touch on this in a future video. I realize I didn’t cover double caster either ://
Loved watching you punish the rogue on priest. I hate rogues
mooooooooooooooooooooooooore, this is golden
Much more to come! This was so fun to do!!

MOUSE SCROLL UP TO TARGET PARTY 1, MOUSE SCROLL DOWN TO TARGET PARTY 2, MIDDLE MOUSE TO TARGET SELF
This will all be included in future videos!
Middle mouse is hard asf to press imo with the corsaie scimitar @derkaman123123

Nice video mate! How do you track that feral "rip" hability on party frames? Is this a special bigdebuffs config? Can see it at 12:06
That is the “rake” stun ability. Those icons show me when stun DR is over on my team. Add on is called Diminish
