Why not have eyes in sky always gazing in. Make heavy use of drones with thermal cameras. Sky gives assymeytical strategic advantage in mountain forest terrain.

Kashmiri muslims were earlier afraid of dogras of jammu . Due to congress policies dogra were made class citizen. 85% of govt jobs went to kashmir. most of times top police officier in jammu are kashmiri muslims

Drones were not successful in high vegetation areas.
