Okay so I have to say that this video has dropped into my lap right on time... in this next series of natural hair care for myself it is my goal to use more heat and wear my hair out straight more with the use of blow dryers and flat ironing.... I did the super healthy twist only and no heat for many years, and I just tried out locs and have taken them out. I have to agree, sitting here and watching you blow dry your hair is like ASMR.... I totally chuckled when you said that.... You have a great technique and I look forward to giving it a try. I have to admit that I have a paddle brush but didn't have any idea how to properly use it... watching you use it totally made its use make sense.. so thank you!

Yes sis! I’m glad to hear it. We can use heat in moderation and still have healthy strands. I’ve also big chopped before and went natural, but I just love the ease of my silk presses lol!
And I’m glad someone agrees that this is soothing 😂😂😂 thank you so much for supporting!

If you want to straighten your hair permanently I can recommend a couple of products that are really easy to use... However your curls will take a long time to come back...not as much as with the japanese straighten but stil....you will get only soft curls, not like your natural hair.
If you want that just for a few weeks I sugges keratin treatments. But make sure it is really strengthening your hair. Many of them say that an in fact damage it. If it leaves ur hair in a lighter shade it damaged it and they lied to you.
But there are some good cheap brands out there still :) i like to mix both.
My natural hair is curly but nowhere near yours so Odk exactly the resulta on keratin on yours
You need one that vreaks the vonds of the hair I guess... But u can outweigh the damage afterwards with pure keratin.
I have been doing this shit to my hair for 13 yrs and it is extremely healthy down to my butt. I also bleach my bangs and dye them purple/pink/white and I have thin hair.
It is a mystery how it is still attached to my head lol and looking and feeling healthy... I def saw a difference with pure keratin.

Also with time blowsrying curling and flat irons destroy your hair completely. I neeever use them. Only for the treatments.
