It's unreasonable to expect them to travel long distances, like buying a plane ticket to submit documents in Abuja, especially in today's digital age. Such barriers defeat the purpose of supporting those in need!

But the scholarship program is not to be blamed about processing the required documents but rather our country's system of doing things. Most of the things required for the GKS is almost the same things you will need to do if you want to study abroad by your own money, such as authenticating all your required documents(waec results etc) in Abuja. The question is, why don't we have such offices(Federal ministry pf Education in all states? Or if we do, why are they not functioning? This is the problem of our country, not the scholarship program.

People who are done with highschool and are below the age of 25. You can still apply even if you are in uni(as long as you don't have a bachelor's degree yet). If you have a bachelor's degree, apply for the graduate scholarship then not the undergraduate. You're welcome!

copies of your documents must be apostilled by korean embassy in your country otherwise they are not accepted even if it notarized or consular confirmed. It was accepted in 2023 GKS but in 2024 it is not anymore :)

You can still apply as long as you're below 25 yrs. Extracurricular helps a lot but if you don't have you can still apply. You can also put in that you're studying in a uni and what you've done so far, attach evidence and reasons why you want to change to Korea. Also if you can do the English test e.g. IELTS or TOEFL that helps too.

Yes you can add your Testimonials but not in replacement of Transcript. They are two different things. Check the video again.

All UIC listed uni are top for Tech base stuff. But overall I think all Korean University are hot on that subject.
