You can apply for the scholarship without a passport but start your passport processing as soon as possible because if you're selected you'd be needing it.
It opens usually around September 16 and closes beginning of October like 4th or 6th and University tract closes later like October 20th just speaking from pass ones. The deadlines do changes each year but doesn't exceed the above.
@@benadinemabel7124you need to obtained your secondary School transcript from your school. waec and neco isn't required for the scholarship, just tell your school you need your high school transcript.
