Yes while this system could theoretically work for a short period. The fly wheel would eventually lose inertia, the add the energy lost through that janky rubber belt etc.

They aren't using a power cable. That flywheel has a huge amount of mass and is moving very fast, so it stores kinetic energy from when they had the motor plugged in to the external power source. You can see that spin rate of the flywheel drops noticeably when they run the saw from it.
There are parasitic power loses throughout that system, so they actually used more energy than if they'd just plugged the saw and the lights directly into the power source.

The tested it on dirt first, no problem if it will go on concrete. Only make the anchorage.

i was able to get it for 3-4 minutes but had to get huge flywheel,i ended up forging it after melting aluminium cans the flywheel weight was like 30kg .. machine runs but does not produce energy,the electric engine eats it. if you start using it then instantly evrything falls down.engines go slower and slower then stops.
replacing ferromagnets with neodymium magnets did work but gained only extra minute of machine spinning.. also need to use non heavy non sticky machine oil,i used vegetable oil for bearings and some WD-40 but could not break the 4 minutes.
in space it could go maybe 5-6 minutes no more. just remove gravity,mass,air. it still does not generate energy.

friction in space is from minimal to none so if this was done in space,machinery would run way way longer..but again you cant steal any energy from it without forcing it to stop,once you take you break the cycle and machine will stop. ..
its like 240v 300watt electric engine powers flywheel and flywheel powers another 240v 300watt engine and this engine powers the first one throught flywheel too. but it will run very short...longer if bigger and heavier flywheel.. but if you put 800kg flywheel you need to kickstart the engines first to make flywheel going,then it spins up...but anyway,its only GADGET no free-energy machine.
i did use 2 electric engines one 100kg custom made flywheel 4 fast-running bearings both electric engines must be identical from same wash machine type/brand i used two amica wash machine engines. ... if you want toy sized machine just use two electric drill engines and 30-45kg flywheel. capacitors.... just pick the big ones from computer power supply...dont mess polarity ot you gonna make giant firecracker like me by mistake :D
you may achieve better results with brushless electric engines... i never found that big ones to try them out.

There is no violation of any laws of physics here. They just combined all sources of energy to convert it into electric power. As we noticed he plug in the motor to make it run then he pushed the flywheel to boost the rotation and when the generator generates enough power to run a motor he transfer the power source of motor to the generator. It goes like this: 1+1+1+1=4, 4-1=3, 3-1=2
Where ; 1=generator,motor,flywheel and external force.
4= energy pruduced
1= motor(energy consumer)
3= energy left
1=energy lost
2= final energy left.
Let us not judge how a thing is done if we cannot even fix a busted light,motor,heater,aircon in our home.
Dont talk if you don't know anything about physics. Everybody with more than two brain cells knows that the concept of free energy is impossible.
So if you get a bearing (like the ones housed in the generator/motor/ flywheel and spin it, how long does it spin for? is it days? or a second or two? the answer is a second or two because there is still friction. Adding all these frictions together, plus the losses in the cables, windings, windage, conversion from stator to rotor, and rotor to stator you end up with a system that's 60% efficient. so no mater how much power you put in, it will always slow down and stop.

Nice video, I had the same idea over 35 years ago and then I realized there is not free lunch unless someone else is paying for it. @@paijoex_x You are absolutely........right. people here are forgetting that the flywheel is providing free energy as it coasts just as a bicycle coasts after you have pedaled it providing intervals of free energy. The motor is not turning the generator, it's turning the flywheel, by using excess kinetic energy, turns the generator that provides power to the motor. This device will probably slow to a halt unless they can increase the speed of the flywheel in intervals as needed. I would like to point out that the flywheel resistance doesn't increase as it rotates, in fact, it decreases yet still maintains it's energy transfer to the generator. I don't believe this video's participants are trying to deceive by hiding wires, but I think they should demonstrate how long the machine turns before it slows and stops. They should also show how long the generator produces power after the motor is disconnected and is only spinning until the flywheel stops. That period will show real free energy, however brief. Feel free to share this point with others.

May as well connect the saw where the generator motor was connected...

Yea mate.. see the flywheel slow as he uses the cut off saw.. the saw isn't drawing enough power to cut effectively either.. cheers.
The saw did cut the metal.....and the flywheel sped back up again afterwards because it is being powered by the motor at a constant speed when nothing is connected to the system. What will stop the system is if you overload it completely. Taking all power away from the motor which will then mean the system is only powered until the flywheel stops.

No need for that, i believe what he’s showing is true. However it wont for ever, the energy put in is being stored in the flywheel, more electricity is needed to get that flywheel spinning that fast than what it would take to power the metal saw and power a couple light bulbs for a few seconds

excellent job. As I I've seen on the video the generator is an AC synchronous gen, 12,4 KW, 3~phase, 220V. which is weird. Because all the gens that size produce 480 V if you use a single comando socket or 220V per phase, ( or per winding ) X3 if you use 3 normal domestic plugs. Anyway if that Chinese gen tag reference is correct I am still missing the specs of the flywheel and the motor
