many people are making these and showing them on you tube but few if any give you any information on how to have success. I will try to explain how these work and what it takes for success. first know these devices must be tuned, its a balancing act between all components. your generator/alternator must be two or three times larger than the drive motor. the connecting belts must be relativity kept loose, the tighter you make the belts the more amps you will draw from the drive motor. find the happy medium. your first goal and I believe most important is to drive the flywheel up to a rpm close to that which the generator needs to run at in order to output the amps needed to power the drive motor and have excess left over to power other things. but you must accomplish this while drawing the least amount of amps possible from the drive motor. the lower the gear ratio between the drive motor pully and the first flywheel pully the less amps the drive motor will draw. always start with a small pully on the drive motor. then size your flywheel pully to achieve close to the rpms the generator needs to operate at. but there is another issue you must be aware of, the size of your flywheel matters too. why? because you want the drive motor to operate at its rated rpm where it runs the most efficient at. if the flywheel mass is too large the drive motor will draw more current to try and get the flywheel up to the rpm the drive motor wants to run at. in short the more massive the flywheel the more current the motor will draw. find the happy medium. and there is another problem, the drag the generator will put on the drive motor. this is where the flywheel comes in to assist. so you see really it's a fine tuning of all components. because there are many different generators and motors you will have to tune each system. you may have to trial and error with the components, and certainly gear ratios. if your generator is not outputting enough power to keep your drive motor going or giving you excess power then you have to increase the generators rpm, change gear ratios. if your flywheel mass has enough energy to keep up the increased gear ratio to the generator without causing the drive motor to exceed it's efficient running status then you may have it dialed in. if not you may have to increase or decrease the flywheel mass or adjust the gear ratio between the drive motor and the flywheel. like i said it's trial and error, you have to spin the generator fast enough to get the power needed for the drive motor plus excess for other things but at the same time the drive motor has to operate at an efficient load speed. it's all done by correct sizing and gearing. oh and adding capacitors helps too.

The free energy generator can produce electricity for a few minutes, but the air resistance, the fraction, the gravitational force, these factors act on the free energy generator and finally stops the free energy generator. But if we calculate for the equation and keep some energy storage in between (I mean a powerful battery) in this way we can get power for long hours
Your set up to be more credible, you should install a volt / amp meter to show how much the gen / alternator is producing at initial start up and to show it is up to the specification of the gen/alternator which is 50KW. Then you plug the different appliances and show the difference in the volt/amp readings before and after the appliances are plugged in.
Maybe you could add a rubber insulation layer around the fly wheel then cover it in magnets, then put an air core coil or bunch of air core coils under or around the fly wheel ( less magnetic drag/load than iron core coils ) you have lots of movement at the fly wheel that could be used to generate more power.
Put a video showing the system running when the alternator is fully loaded , at maximum output amps , and have the system running for at least 24 hours non stop, and have test verified by an independent engineer.
put your power coming into your house at full load and full amps for 24hrs see what happens - why are you such a doubter- go away and keep paying electric companies.

I'm pretty sure energy is loss little bit at a time, so sooner or later, it will not work.
basically, the way i see it. the whole game is in circular motion of flywheel, which need lil help from electrical motor to maintain its cycles, the process is vice versa fly wheel helps the motor with its weight and circular motion and motor helps flywheel in return. now adding a low rpm generator is the key to this design. you can also use gears with this to attain higher rpms with less energy consumed by motor but the question is can this be used for more than few hours. i doubt this. the rod for flywheel and bearings will heat up after a while. these aren’t air cooled items. they will constantly generate heat and friction; this also depends on quality of bearings and rod used. secondly this design is not ever lasting motor and generator will eventually heat up also. may be after 8 hours or so after that system have to be shut down to cool it off.
this system can only put a load lower than the motor output power ( mechanical) the video shows a motor 5Hp means 5hp*0.82 pout mechanical = 4.1hp useful power thy flywheel works as a speed regulator nothing more so a 50kw alternator has a mechanical input 4.1 hp -0.3hp losses due to mechanical bearings and belts so the alternator actually receiving 3.8hp effective power the alternator output gives at best 0.8 pf so 3.8hp *0.8 = 3 hp useful electrical power going to load so conclusion pout/in 3hp/5hp = 0.6 so this machine works for few minutes and go to a stop depending on the flywheel inertia .thank you .
Notice the air cooling ducts in the generator, they are there to facilitate adequate cooling of the genny. The flywheel needs lubrication cants see an issue there. The rod, cants see any issues there either. I've operated large generators similar to this one for many hours straight, with huge loads put on them albeit with forced air cooling being blown thru.
If this really worked then every off-grid homestead would have one. A 50KW generator should be able to power a house at 240v and 200A. There are losses with the belts and tensioner, and the motor has to be powered by the generator. If this could run 24 hours at 50% load (100A), I would be impressed.

This is called big kinetic energy storage. You use heavy weel to convert rotation in to voltage. Inputed kilowats, You are receiving back powering smaller devices for longer time.
Kevin James, I think that the TWISTER motor would work better if it had a chain. Maybe a bike change on a ten speed bike chain and maybe even have the gears to.
can you kindly add a starter motor - only the starter from car has electric to it , start your whole generator spinning with the starter motor .. the starter gets the entire fly wheel up to speed then turns off leaving the generator and motor at full speed so you dont need to unplug the motor from the electric plug's grid .. thanks hope to see your edited design ...

The tensioner pully on the 5hp adds drag, so it should be eliminated and the 5hp should be fully adjustable.

can you kindly add a starter motor - only the starter from car has electric to it , start your whole generator spinning with the starter motor .. the starter gets the entire fly wheel up to speed then turns off leaving the generator and motor at full speed so you dont need to unplug the motor from the electric plug's grid .. thanks hope to see your edited design ...

I wish here was a way to make one that didn’t need a outside source of power to initially start this. So it could truly be off grid use.

You can use tachometer to measure speed and multimeter for power output. Here they are using welding machine . It may be 220v.

Hello, please I ask for your help I have been working on the free energy project and I see that the generator is well launched, it produces 380 volts but when we cut the mains current and we switch so that the generator works alone on the contrary its current output drops and everything stops.
