Thank you so much! That really means a lot! Kicker being in that supportive kind of role is something I've always enjoyed putting toward the front for each of his appearances.
This is top tier star wars storytelling. Only admiration to star wars fans who can pull up quality stories driven only by the love we all have for the saga, no matter the little amount of resourses one can have. Only passion and imagination drive our storyies. Respect!!
I can promise there will be! Shift's (CT-2949) story continues in my other film 'Preventative Measures', but the other members of the squad will absolutely return! It might take a while to get there, but it will be worth it
@@Shocktimus989 Hey it took Steve the clone, Captain Blaze to eventually meet one another to the extent that lego star wars content creators have essentially created a universe. That they all aside in. You will manage something and potentially get noticed. Leading to crossovers :-D
This was honestly pretty damn Impressively done! The voice acting was spot on and it gave me strong Republic Commando vibes. Also glad to see some love for the OG Battlefront 2 game, it's my favorite game with the best maps. Keep up the good work! I salute you trooper.
Thank you!! It was honestly kind of by accident that it had that Republic Commando feel to it. Initially I was going to work with the Battlefront II (2017) soundtrack, but felt it didn't work with the tone. And yes! Classic BF2 is near and dear to me, so using maps from there was an easy choice. 🙏
Really appreciated the cool and totally believable look at what "peace time" would've been like for the Clones before the war. Well done! Always enjoy your stuff!
Thanks so much! That was definitely an aspect I wanted to make feel believable, given how much a standard trooper would know/expect. Much appreciated!!
This was really well done, I loved the emphasis on story telling in this video. I felt more attached to these clone characters. The animation itself was really good and I loved your attention to detail through sound effects. Really good video!
I definitely appreciate the thought, and if this was trying to be that level of realistic you'd be absolutely right! But this was geared for a small-scale, intimate story between a lower number of clones. Having more than this would be hard to keep track of for both the audience and myself 😅
Great stop motion, but just a heads up, Alpha-98 is already an official clone. He IS an Alpha ARC, but he's a captain, not a commander, and his name is Nate (later known as Jangotat), not Kicker. Also, great reference to the original Battlefront 2 with Geisor Delso.
Appreciated! I looked into an existing Alpha-98 a long while back and assumed it was a fanmade. It's not a character I ever plan on bringing into my own universe, so I'll be sticking with the one I created on this one 😅 But again, I appreciated the clarification!
@Shocktimus989 He does sound a bit like a fan made ARC with that story, doesn't he? There actually a surprising amount of named/numbered Alpha ARCs. Alpha-02 Spar, Alpha-17 Alpha, Alpha-26 Maze, Alpha-30 Sull, Alpha-58 Trantos, Alpha-66 Muzzle, Alpha-77 Fordo, Alpha-98 Nate, Mapper, Tavo, Aven, Stec, Digger, Sirty, Mar'ek, Spade, Wrench, Spots, Tooth, and Valiant are all official Alpha ARCs from Legends.
@Shocktimus989 Also, those are ALL of the officially known Alpha ARCs, BUT there are 100 Alphas in total, and there are only 20 named Alphas, so you have 80 unknown Alphas to play around with if you end up wanting to make another Alpha ARC in a future story.
Wow, I can’t fathom how great this is! What app or editing did you use to get the backgrounds? And did you record voices before or after the stop motion because it turned out very good!
Thank you, that really means a lot!! So for the backgrounds I took screenshots through Battlefront II (2005) and used an editor called BeFunky (it's free, and no software downloads!) to overlay the images over it! For the voices, typically I will record before filming, which I also did for this, I believe. Thanks so much for the great questions!
Great story! Loved how supportive the ARC was. He really cares about his fellow troopers.

This means far more than my words can say, but even still I say thank you!!
Hopefully a continuation of their tale continues. Love to see if they continue fighting to the battle of kamino and beyond.

5:53 damn they executed unarmed and surrendering enemies. What war criminals!
Those monsters!! No wonder they were phased out 🙄😆

I love the greenscrean, story line and the animation for the clones!!!!!!!

This reminds me of the Golden Days of STAR WARS Stop Motions. Truly brilliant!
That means a lot, thank you!
I wanna see more of this squad.
Glad to hear that, thanks! You can catch CT-2949 in my other film 'Preventative Measures.' It actually inspired this story, funny enough

Awesome work! Felt like the Republic Commando Game. Keep it up! :)
Thanks! Very much appreciate it 🙏
I really love the blend between the background and the animation. Nice work!
Thanks so much! That means a lot!
Hey man, thanks for bringing me back to 2011 for a few minutes! Loved the video!
It's my absolute pleasure! Thanks so much for that 🙏
Dude this was amazing! Loved all the special effects used
Thanks so much! It was definitely a highlight for me to test out some new things when it came to effects 🙏
It’s crazy how much effort you guys put in these projects and it’s super inspiring, great job seriously this is really amazing work.
Thank you!! That truly means so much 🙏
“ just like the simulations“
this was awesome loved the story on this one
I do Lego stop motions and I know action figure stop motions are even harder. Good job!👍
Thank you so much! Both definitely have their challenges, but are equally satisfying when finished 🙌
Amazing stop Motion
Cool animation
Awesome content and full support
Amazing.
Well done!!!
Thank you!! I appreciate that so much!
Great job
This was good the only thing I’m confused on is if their unit shouldn’t it consist of a whole squads worth of clones
