When you reset-cleared the code for downstream O2 Sensor: It puts the emissions settings back into "Not Ready Status" (O2, EVAP, CAT). You must drive the car for several key cycles, in varying conditions to get the emissions back into "Ready Status". But as long as you are running the CATs without an O2 extender, the ECM will most likely continue to monitor inadequate downstream cleaning, and therefore the system will not go back to "Ready" status. The gain in HP really is quite minimum with the High-Flow CATs on an engine that already puts out 490 HP; I would be surprised if you picked up another 25 HP. And in a car that weighs 3700 lbs, would you even feel the difference?
Thanks for the info. I didn’t know clearing the O2 codes would put the mog test to “not ready”! I just went out and checked the mog test and everything is ready. I think from driving with different conditions and modes help with that. As for HP increase with high flow cat, yes I can tell the different. It is quicker off the line. More responsive. And the sound is awesome. CEL is still off as of now so I am happy!
I installed the MBRP and the high flow cat at the same time, so it's kinda hard to make a judgment. The combo will drone if you run with touring mode due to the cylinder deactivation. Z mode is fine. No droning that I notice....

I used that link and I drive over 1k miles I never see check engine light at all
You installed the O2 sensor extension? That is good to know…
Hey bro. Did the CEL ever came back again ?
It just came back a few days ago. I’ll do a video on installing the o2 sensor extender soon!
Thanks for this video just what I was wondering
Glad I could help!
I’m thinking about getting the mbrp exhaust as well and have you noticed any drone and any issues with the exhaust at all?
