It sounds amazing, I can not wait to see the C8 ZO6 modified, tuned, and really optimized. I really would love to see a forged bottom end and a centrifugal supercharger. Twin turbos would be cool but it would hurt the sound a little.
Forged bottom end? It has a forged crank and pistons a titanium rods man. Strongest bottom end money can buy.
This sounds awesome the the upper RPM sounds, these cars are goi g to insane once the ecm is unlocked.
How much do the cats costs
Sounds superb, and completely different than stock.

Steve, keep up the awesome stuff. Just FYI, I have an issue with my YT app on my phone where its hindering me from commenting on videos. It will lock up. I dont know if anyone else is having that issue, but it could be a reason for the decreased engagement on the videos.

It is louder which is one of the attributes in changing out the stock cats that we want!!

@@MLV3645 I've seen other sound clips and I can guarantee you the high-flow cats are louder. High-flow cats are always louder not just for this car but any application.

Bad to the bone! This is what my 1989 Honda CRX Hf would sound like if it were a 2023 Corvette Z06 with the high flow cats. Great video. Time to put my old girl on steroids. Right now I can do zero to sixty is about a day and a half. I will try to get it under 24 hours soon. Baby steps.

This car, the Chevy Corvette, I have waited my whole life to own. The problem I'm having is trying to buy one. I've been dealing with an exceptionally honest dealer Aaron Miller, but the whole team is exceptional at ( Leach Wilson) in Shelbyville IL. They told me from day one that they would sell the car to me at sticker there . I've been waiting for 3 years now to get one. The dealerships have been gouging the customers, and Chevy hasn't been sending them anywhere but to a few chosen dealerships. Some of the people I know have decided not to buy one now. They moved off and bought Audi's or Porsche's. Chevrolet you need to try to get out to the other markets, I've been a Chevy guy, especially performance Chevy, since I was 17. ( I owned a 70 Chevelle SS 396) Now that I've raised my family and waited my whole life, I want the car of my dreams. Please get it to us Chevy purists!

Crazy I love white and I don't love that car in white. Maybe in person. Actually I don't even really care about the color of a car like a lot of people. I was looking for an orange c7z and ended up with black one lol.
It sounds much better. I just wish GM would have made a high revving pushrod....that would sound like a mad man.

The Factory sounds... Is that in Tour mode? Cuz you can hear the little bit of muff during gear change. When you put the Z06 in Track mode, it gives you 2 center strait pipes and sounds different even vs Sport mode.

Next time, do the same camera angl and camera distance so its apples to apples, and when doing the pull away shot at the end, have them both accelerate at the same rate. It was obvious the car took off much slower in the stock cats' example.

Question: Can this high flow cat be used on my 2023 ZL1 CAMARO. Because in touring mode, it doesn't sound like the beast it is!

It's alright. Doesn't really change the pitch much but it makes it louder. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Can't wait to see a twin turbo build on a C8 Z.
