    Who else will be riding GRAVEL this year??? And what % split from road? I'll probably do 80% road and 20% gravel

      According to Strava, I I rode 60% road and 40% gravel last year. I think this year will be about the same.

      90% road and 10% gravel. I would love to more gravel but I lack the time right now to find suitable routes. There's very little I can ride to from my house 🙁 I LOVE gravel though! For years I resisted it but once I tried it I was in love 😁

    Did you spray paint the fork with a gloss finish after the build? Looks very different in the end to the product pictures and how it looked during the build.

    How did you feed the cable through the frame to the rear brake? I'm using cable brakes and it's a nightmare.

      Frame has interna routing and my FSA bar and stem also internal!

      @@CharlesOuimet bro how’s your crankset performance? It is 48/32 right? I bought same crankset size but i read that the recommended size for that frame is 46/30

      @@josemarisotomil9359 hey man! Yeah 48 BARLEY fit. I had at first the chain getting stuck between frame and crank. It scratch up paint and carbon, but now it doesn't do it anymore as it kinda sand it down 😂 but yeah 46 is Max recommended but 48 works

      @@kpizzle1985 Yeah, this paintjob was my work. (Love it or hate it.) I'm also having a hand in the 2021 T1500 paint jobs. Hope not to disappoint!

      @@ChinaCycling definitely love it, that's how all bikes should be! If my current bike gets warrantied then I'll be looking at a T1500 to replace it.

    Received my G2 frame and Lun wheelset a few days ago and gathering groupset now. Objective is to build a flatbar road/gravel bike as Winspace shows on their website. We'll see.

    Great colour on that frame. Makes sense to buy one straight from the factory rather than pay for a brand to put their badge on it! Hopefully companies like this will push prices down. My road and tt bike combined cost as much as my German car🤦🏻‍♂️ just crazy!

      Absolutely!! I love winspace because they offer top end quality for 1/3 of the price of the big players. because they don't spend millions on marketing and world tour team sponsorships, they can lower the price. This full carbon frameset should retail for about 1100 USD. You can build this for less than 3K!

    Interesting frame and even more interesting fork. Looking forward to learning more about both when they are released.
    P.S. Winspace, pls consider adding another set of bottle mounts under the downtube by the BB, its the perfect spot for a tools and a couple of tubolito tubes

      @@CharlesOuimet Are you hoping to do any gravel events this year? I realize the odds are small even if we were at the same event, but would like to see this bike in person.
      Some gravel events like the Unbound 200 (hoping it happens in 2021) ask that you carry 2 tubes so that extra spot is really nice.

      Already added those mounts! 🙌 Charles' bike is a pre-release frame, so there are some tiny things that will change still, but 99% like what he has here.

    Quel est ta grandeur ? Je mesure 5'6'' et je me demande si le small me fait (ou si je dois aller avec le x small)

      Small devrait le faire!! Je suis 5'6. Le problème avec le XS c'est qu'il ne prend pas des gros pneu plus de 35mm je crois. et le Small va jusqua 50mm. Simplement avoir une potence un peu plus longue

Je voyais bien que leur modèle précédent était en rupture de stock, alors celui-ci devrait donc devenir disponible bientôt, je suppose. J'ai bien hâte de visionner vos commentaires sur la bête! Comment ça se compare à un Devinci Hatchet Carbon, par exemple. Merci !

      Salut Léo! Une vente de pré-lancement sera bientôt lancé. Sinon le frame sera disponible cet été! Intéressant le Hatchet Carbon, mais il semble plus chère, moins de mounting option, cablage externe entre le bar et le frame

C'est le genre de projet qui me tente... j'ai déjà remonté mon Garneau Gennix R2 2012 au complet pour le passer du 10 au 11 vitesses et j'ai beaucoup aimé faire ça! (Je fais ma mécanique moi-même, toujours.) Ce serait certainement un beau projet, et le rouge Candy Red est tellement beau! Et de retour au logo plus sobre... bonne idée! Au plaisir de se croiser sur nos routes cet été ! ;-)

    Sweet ride. Not opting for the GRX group? I would at least recommend an RX rear derailleur to avoid chain slapping, otherwise there's not much difference in performance between the two groups.

      Thanks! I got this used ultegra hydraulic group for a ridiculous amount of 400$. Chain slapping is a problem with one by system, less of a problem for 2x.
      I'll add some frame protector plastic on the chainstay!

    New subscriber here! Man, I just love the look of that frame. I hope the final product looks exactly like that. It looks so much better that they put the decal underneath and have the small winspace decal up top making the frame look more premium. The build seems a bit heavy though. I was expecting it to be around 7ish kgs. Any info on the frame and fork weights? Can't wait to watch your full review on this!

    Sweet vid and beautiful bike. Is there anything praticular about that new frame? Progressive geo, inbuild flex, etc. ? Or is it simply well made and well priced? I know Winspace has a good reputation for build quality.

      Hey! Sorry I don't have the exact numbers, but this build is $4000-5000 build. with carbon everywhere (frame, bar, wheels, seatpost, crank)

      @@CharlesOuimet thats great news. I've seen a few gravel bike builds. What would be truly original is a gravel build built around a gates belt drive (maybe a Pinion gearbox). I think this is ideal for a gravel bike in terms of low maintenance and durability.

    Looks great, am looking for a gravel bike. Can’t wait to see the final frame. Have you any idea when they will release it? Ps: no bottle mount under the down tube? Like the Open WI.DE design with also a storage box mount under the crank. Would be grate for this frame also 😉

      Could come from the crank set here, FSA has produced at least one ensemble that had this pretty terrible lip that rubbed against some BB Bearings inner race sleeve. I think it was one with a built-in powermeter if I remember things well.

    Beautiful bike I love the color and style enjoy ! If this was my bike i would of went 1x drivetrain and wow you now have a bike with no chimney lol. Gravel is addicting I have some friends that have not touched there road bike since starting to ride gravel there main reason is no cars to crash into you and the scenery.
