Cleansers are just for washing and face sunscreen is good for everyone. I live somewhere that gets very cold and dry. Everyone gets dry skin including children. Moisturizer is helpful. Necessary? No. Destroying perfect skin? Also no.
I feel like she is being very conscious of the fact her daughter is only 7. I to have a 7 year old daughter that is in ballet and when they have to wear makeup I want a clean option to take it off and help her young skin recover from the makeup. Shes not doing a full skin care routine for her. Shes simply giving her something to take care of her skin and she did say it’s mainly during dance competitions and this time of year when there is lots of Christmas related dance. I also think it’s important to teach them how to take care of their skin and teaching them that clean options are better overall for them. My daughter loves makeup and all the girly things but she also knows it’s for competition and other dance related shows. She’s only allowed to wear make up during those things and special occasions. We also teach her that she doesn’t need makeup to be beautiful. Teaching them self worth is so important. She’s not doing anything wrong by teaching her kiddo how to take care of herself.
