Alberta announces $10M funding for food banks

To improve food security we could grow more food locally utilizing permaculture principles (aquaponics), with by donation places to eat, and cardio exercise centres where people can generate electricity and health data which could be used as a commodity to raise quality of life and lower cost of living.
