      Thank you so much dipti ben, I didn't know about this word Kanakiya or Bibda, I think here in Ahmedabad it's known as some other name. Can you tell me what is that exactly? It's a papad or something else?

      કણકિયા અથવા બિબડા નવી ચોખા ની કણકી માં થી બનતી સૂકવણી છે. તેમાં કણકી બાફી ને તેમાં કોથમીર મરચાં તલ નાખી ચમચા વડે પ્લાસ્ટિક પર મૂકી તડકે સૂકવી પછી તળાઈ છે.
      રેસીપી ખબર છે પણ પાણી નુ માપ યાદ નથી. વર્ષો પહેલાં બનાવતી હતી એટલે ભુલાઈ ગયું છે. હમણાં બનાવી તો સુકાઈ ગયા પછી તળિયા પડી ગયા એટલે કૉમેન્ટ માં મુકેલ

      kalakand room temperature par thandu thaay pachi j tene freeze ma set karvu, jo navsheku garam hase ane freeze ma mukso to pachi freeze mathi bahar kadvathi naram padi jase. Jay Shree Krushna

    Hi, to one of your viewer regarding khirni (rayan) fruit you had mentioned those were from your own wadi (farms ) do you have separate channel for that, if no then just share some videos of them and what kind of crops do you grow, homemade paneer we can make in 10 mins if you make it with adding dahi it taste like malai paneer, for kalakand we don't need to set❓

      We need to set the paneer for making the kalakand, if we don't set then taste would be not much good, we grow rice, wheat and Bajra millet in our farm, we stay little bit far from our farm. Whenever I go I surely shoot some videos and upload it, thank you
