      No, It would not give proper binding in burfi.

      જય શ્રીકૃષ્ણ, અલ્પાબેન, મેં લોકડાઉનમાં મિલ્ક પાવડરમાંથી માવો બનાવવાની રીત મૂકી હતી, પરંતુ તે રીત માર્ગની રીત પ્રમાણે ન ગણી શકાય, કોઈ બેચલર્સ હોય કે કોઈ કારણવાશ દૂધ ઉપલબ્ધ ન હોય તો પ્રભુસુખાર્થ તે રીતે કરી શકાય. હું માવો બનાવવાની ટ્રેડિશનલ રીત પણ ચેનલ પર મૂકીશ, અત્યારે આપને લેખિત રેસિપિ આપી દઉં છું. જો 1 લીટર દૂધનો માવો કરવો હોય તો 4 લીટર દૂધ સમાય તેવી પેણી/કઢાઈ લેવાની, કઢાઈ એલ્યુમિનિયમની અને જાડા તળિયાવાળી લેવી. કઢાઈ અને તાવેથો બંને ચકચકાટ હોવા જોઈએ તેના પર બિલકુલ કાટ ન હોવો જોઈએ. જો કાટ હશે તો માવો શ્યામ ઉતરશે. ગેસની ફ્લેમ હાઈ રાખી દૂધને સતત તાવેથા વડે હલાવતા જવું. નીચે ચોંટે નહીં તેનું ધ્યાન રાખવું. સાઈડમાં મલાઈ વળે તો તાવેથા વડે ઉખાડી દૂધમાં ભેળવી દેવી. શ્રીખંડ જેવું ઘટ્ટ દૂધ થાય સહેજ પીળાશ પડતું એટલે ગેસ બંધ કરી. અને તેને કઢાઈમાં સાઈડમાં લગાવી દેવું અથવા કોઈ બીજા વાસણમાં કાઢી તેને સરખું ઠરવા દેવું, એકદમ ઠરી જાય એટલે માવો તૈયાર. 2.5 લીટર દૂધનો કરશો તો 500 થી 600 ગ્રામ માવો બનશે. ગેસની ફ્લેમ મીડીયમ કે સ્લો ન કરવી. શક્ય હોય તેટલી હાઈ ફ્લેમ પર જ દૂધને ઉકાળવું. આ રીતે કરશો તો સુંદર માવો ઉતરશે. વિડીયો અનુકૂળતા એ જરૂર મૂકીશ, ધન્યવાદ 🙏🙏💐🙂

      Jay Shree Krishna 🙏 If you take almond powder then method would be different, for that you have to first roast the mawa in ghee then add sugar and almond powder. Same like mawa Barfi with almond flavour.
