I love so much is it poppin, it’s my fav song from 4minute. The whole vibe of the song, harmonies, melody and also the iconic rap of hyuna with her dance moves …I can’t. Just perfect
If you want to continue diving into 4Minute, they do have a couple of songs w/ MVs that are different from their normal stuff: 1. "Heart to Heart" - a cute concept 2. "Cold Rain" - a ballad 3. "24/7" - by a sub-unit, 2Yoon (because it was made up of Gayoon and Jiyoon), American country music, if you can believe it.
If you want more of a ballad-y style song from 4Minute, definitely go listen to Cold Rain! It was a pre-release single for the Crazy Mini Album, and its an absolutely phenomenal song!

Only gained weight wasn't a single, it was for Brave Bros 10th anniversary compilation album, but it became very popular with the korean public. Glad you enjoyed Volume Up. It's one of my favorites of all time. Most of 4minute's songs have been covered by other girl groups, but none have attempted Volume Up. I would love it if one did, but it is quite the vocal challenge.
see i kinda miss the loud brassy edm drops in kpop. not saying that there was a lot and that there aren't "drops" now. however i do kinda miss that edgy "kick in your face" sound in kpop. though i wouldn't want it to be oversaturated, just a couple songs here and there so i can have a bopping workout playlist lol.

Only because I'm so used to being punched in the face with their music and this song was more like an encouraging pat I'm not gonna recommend any mvs because I want you to react to all of them :p Although I will recommend the subunit 2yoon's song 24/7 because....it's something special lol I LOVE them, they were the group that solidified my kpop obsession 12 years ago. 2NE1 were my first group I loved, but 4minute were the second. And then there was more :p Honestly Jiyoon/ Jenyer was and is a criminally underrated vocalist AND rapper. What a talented woman. Fun fact, she went on Unpretty Rapstar 2 and did pretty well.
