Thanks man I am buying one now because of the review. audio sounded fine for me via my air pods and my 2,000 speaker and sub combo on the computer. This is what i needed to know buying my first camera tomorrow a Fujifilm X-S10 @@mattliller

The background on your video is great. You sold me on the mic! Thanks for using it for the whole video. So much better than those reviewers who try to trick is into thinking the mic sounds good when they are in fact using their $1000 mkh416 for most of the review 😅

Hey Matt, great video! I was just curious, I can’t seem to find the adapter grip holder you have to keep it on the iphone. Did it come with it in box?
I’ve added the cable and camera to cart, just missing that grip holder! Thank you so much in advance!

Unfortunately, the mic doesn’t come with it. I was using a typical phone tripod adapter, but that one happens to have a cold shoe mount on the top. They’re pretty easy to find on Amazon. Glad you found the video helpful!

Thank you for the video. How it compare to the Movo vxr10 pro?

I think the VMGII is a small step above the Movo. Sound quality is probably better, but the USBC functionality is a huge plus.

The first thing is to make sure the rode central app is up to date. I just had an issue with the rode connect app not recognizing a new microphone because it wasn’t up to date.
