Much of Stewart’s early achievements were due to his chief scout John Singleton Mosby. After Mosby’s transfer to command partisan guerrilla troops patrolling The upperShenandoah valley Stewart was never able to achieve his former success. Mosby is considered by many the greatest mounted calvary officer the US has ever produced. In his later years Mosby was a mentor to a young man that would go on to be the greatest mechanized calvary officer the US ever produced, George S. Patton.
I'm from the UK and I know of the Battle of Yellow Tavern and I also know that Gen Grant was notorious for his rather untidy if not actually sloppy dress so the opening scene is obviously made up. Also selling Stuart as a genius ignored his total failure to provide information and led to Lee's defeat at Gettysburg.
That statement about Mosby and Stuart is ridiculous. Mpsby had very little to do with Stuart throughout most of the campaigns and Stuart performed brilliantly. always.
Ewell… from the old english (saxon) meaning river source, or spring. So… still a pretty sound name as far as they go amongst name believer’s (evilest kid i ever met was a seth… so.. )
Sheridan didn't take Richmond and Wade Hampton took over for Stuart. He proved to be a capable leader and a few months later whipped Sheridan and Custer at Trevilian Station, the largest all cavalry battle of the war.

Mosby told the future "Blood and Guts" about his grampa and great Uncle feats in the War of Northern Aggression. DEO VINDICE
Lee, despite having a State Farm Road Atlas for a map was never able to gain an advantage over Grant.

British historian, JFC Fuller, commented that Stuart had more dash than brains. I think the comment was regarding Stuart’s performance at Gettysburg.

Horrible ai narration and inaccurate AI pictures. Sad.
Longstreet was right about Gettysburg
Sheridan didn't take Richmond and Wade Hampton took over for Stuart. He proved to be a capable leader and a few months later whipped Sheridan and Custer at Trevilian Station, the largest all cavalry battle of the war.
Battle of Brandy Station in June, 1863 was the largest cavalry battle of the Civil War.
Infantry was backing the Union cavalry. That is why Trevilian Station was the largest all cavalry battle.
Rev War unis?
