I am back to re-watch this drama. I love it. I have written this when I finished watching the last episode in the Comments section. "When I first read the negative comments about Zhang Han...how he sexually molested the FL, I was totally taken aback. For an actor of such popularity, why does he need to do this & exposed himself to criticism and attacks. There are so many ladies out there who are dying to be with him. As I have commented on another episode before, "accidents" do happen during the filming, where ML & FL accidentally touched each other where it is not supposed to be. Like in a kitchen, "accidents" do happen where you accidentally cut yourself, or, have hot oil splashed on you, etc. I love the story & it gave me a glimpse...a different perspective of how the men & women feel, reactions, etc. I take my hat off to Zhang Han for writing such a wonderful script. I am also happy to see the cast including the supporting roles, have worked together with Zhang Han in other dramas before. Nice to see them, including Xu Lu as Mo Fei in Sunshine of My Life. I really enjoy the OST, especially the songs at the beginning & ending of the drama. Will re-watch this drama. To those critiques, I wish them well and be happy & positive, and not look at things with their blinkers on. Enjoy the beauty of the whole forest & instead of busy attacking just one tree. Atlast someone said this... I was also taken aback when there was so much criticism and backlash over zhang han.... As I watched it I thought it was an accident.. And if it was so much of an issue why didn't the director chop off the scene.. Or edited it out....and did the actress complain that she was harrassed or say anything..This is much more realistic than those sugar coated, candy floss school or rich cold CEO and clumsy feisty but poot girl tropes that is there in every other Chinese dramas... Zhang gan is grt actor.. And i love him... As for the other issues like using male chauvinistic statements... It's there in almost every chinese drama .. They glorify toxic male behaviour and pass it as romance and that's ok.... People go ga ga over it... Wow the double standards

@@shreetiwari0208 agreed with you. People can make a mountain out of a molehill. Anyone being molested, will show some signs of uneasiness and/or unhappiness throughout her acting in the drama. But I don't see it at all in her in the rest of the drama. Her chemistry with Zhang Han was really good. She must be a damn good actress IF she had been molested by him and yet did not show any signs of her uneasiness, duress, etc.

First ever Chinese drama I ever watched was 'Here to heart' been hooked, and watching all of Zhang Hans dramas ever since. I can truly say there isn't a single drama of his that I have not enjoyed. He is excellent 👍

I have watched lots of K and C dramas both in modern times and historical times. However, this is my first time of leaving a comment on any of these dramas. For the people that will be watching this series for the first time, I will say “Go for it, because it’s worth it.” This drama series is about friendship, love, fatherhood, trust, failure and success. All in all, it’s about day to day life that deals with reality. And the drama series is not an over the top, childish, and dramatic story that I usually see in C dramas. All the actors are fantastic, mature and well grounded in their roles. This is the kind of dramas that Netflix can pick up and promote to the western world, because it is very relatable. I am speaking like someone that lives in that western world, UK to be precise 😂😂😂. Last word, kudos to the production crews and all the actors 👍👏👏👏

The silly behaviour by Xu Duo in this first episode made me wonder if this drama was going to disappoint. But then it became quite interesting. About halfway through, I thought it was beginning to flag, that the storyline was beginning to falter, and that the drama was going to become boring. But I was in for a most pleasant surprise because shortly after, the pace picked up and interesting events occurred, that enabled the characters to further display positive values of hope, conviction, courage, perseverance, inventiveness, innovativeness, trust, love and friendship. Outstanding acting skills on display here by all the performing artists in this drama. Nature, the cities, the daily activities of life, the beautiful desserts and other food, fashion, and music all provide exciting backdrops and milieux for this drama. Once again, I love how these dramas are used to showcase Chinese achievements in various fields of human endeavour. Exciting and inspiring. As was the speech that Tong You gave in accepting the top award at the Asia Intelligence Technology Convention. Congratulations Zhang Han for producing this exciting work! I look forward very much to viewing other dramas staring the artists who have performed in this drama.

Boss and Me casts with male lead and second male lead (the chef guy). And, the woman who likes the (professor) second male lead was the male lead’s sister in Boss and Me. The difference between this drama (storyline wise) and Boss and Me is like night and day. Boss and Me was cheaply made but the storyline is first rate and the acting was first rate also with Zhao Liying.

I have started to re-watch it.☺ One of the best dramas with great actors, great script, very realistic story and fun to watch. Not only Zhang Han is great, but all actors are great. This drama truly deserves international success.🤩🤩🤩 I don't get it why it was so criticized in China when there are so many stupid dramas with shitty plots. It must be some cultural issues/misunderstandings or just bad intention toward Zhang Han & team. Hope it goes all well! Congratulations to all team. Thank you for this entertaining story.😘

Boss and Me casts with male lead and second male lead (the chef guy). And, the woman who likes the (professor) second male lead was the male lead’s sister in Boss and Me. The difference between this drama (storyline wise) and Boss and Me is like night and day. Boss and Me was cheaply made but the storyline is first rate and the acting was first rate also with Zhao Liying.
