My best thrift find was a turbografx-16 w/turbo cd, case and extra controllers for 1/2 price of 5 dollars.
I dont collect old systems, but if I saw that I would totally buy! What a find! I miss my old TG16 + CD 😢
My biggest thrift find was a Toys r us Pikachu N64 console in box for $14.99 years ago.

The best find I've ever had was one my dad found. My mom used to work at Johns Hopkins, and they had a little consignment shop. My dad went to pick up my mom from work one day and stopped in the shop and found an original Star Wars movie poster for $25.

My Best goodwill find was paper Mario for GameCube for $5.99, Luigi’s mansion $5.99 and Mario & Luigi’s bowser story for DS for $3.99 all in the same store

I live in LA and get all over. In terms of Goodwill specifically or big chain thrifts, the best items are stereos and home entertainment electronics.

I work right next to that Goodwill! I passed on that Wii U lol. Good thing about the electronics is there no tax there.
I looked up the "corporate" Goodwill for its address and will check the place out sometime this month. Pass through the area monthly but don't really pay attention to it.
Went to the Rose Bowl Flea Market last Sunday and visit a UA-camr at the Orange C4 booth and he told me that you and the team were there like a minute ago and headed toward the Pasadena Convention Center. Hopefully to catch up with you next time.

My best find at a goodwill was probably 8 little totes of nos retired stampendous scrap booking stuff - most of it by some famous artist, Laurel Burch- for 5 bucks each so 40 dollars total... I've sold probably 500+ out of it and still have hundreds them. I've crashed the market with a never ending supply but still selling them from 3-7 bucks each.. when i got them it was like 10-17 each xD factory sealed 50 packs of some- overall a nice goodwill score.

There's a lot of wealth in concentrated pockets all over the Los Angeles area.

Full English breakfast when I travel to London. The first thing I'll have to do in the morning. Or a double cheeseburger XXL from the burger king. Usually I don't eat when I have to take a flight.

I found valkyrie profile on the ps1 last year for 2.99. That's probably my best goodwill find ever by far lol.

My go to breakfast is bacon and egg Mcmuffin with hash browns. The drink is either coffee or Coca Cola.
I found crash bandicoot for ps1 case and manual included for $1.99 in the cd section, a sealed ps3 controller, and a Logitech harmony remote worth a couple hundred at my local goodwill at different times of course. All in the LA area in recently.
I only eat out for breakfast a few times a year but when I do, an egg McMuffin, hash brown and orange juice is my go-to from McDonald's.
Its always some kind of random magic or enchantment with song really rare and valuable items just scattered at random thrift stores and swap meets here in California, it NEVER FAILS!!!!!

I never had an xbox but my buddies did. I've always wanted to add a 360 with halo to bring back the times in highschool after football practice getting 8 guys together and playing multiplayer at someones house while we each ate a Taco Johns 6 pack and a pound.

It’s pretty damn close now. Cost of living has shot way up these last few years in LA while SF has stagnated. I’m in SF now and was considering a move to LA
