    If my anxiety spikes up during bed time I will put on a sleep meditation or hypnosis or something like that. They work like a charm. I imagine soothing music does the same.
    A worry diary helps me to get those thoughts out and also to have some self-compassion. Somehow seeing it written out makes me feel compassion towards myself.
    Anxiety sucks.

    I struggle with the inner noise at night right before bed. I’ve tried writing, soothing music, all of that. Do you have other suggestions?
