@@shaneashby5890 Tell me what about the canning process ensures there will be plastic in the food... I assume you are talking about microplastics. Those can show up Everywhere including Fresh fruits and veggies. Look it up.

It's always about Weight Loss never about Weight Gain. I'm mid 50's have a lot of tooth problems that caused me to go from my normal 120 lbs at 5'3 to 96 lbs. Over a year now I can't get above 100. Now I cannot shovel food in my gullet to get 1200 calories from veggies.. it's just not physically possible. I Need Way better answers than Vegans (cough) or Whole Food Plant Based folks have given so far.
@@suzyq6767 Can't do it. I'm on How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease - No nuts or avocado. There is only so much whole grain bread I can eat and I can't make a meal of seeds. I'd love to do nuts because then I could even make the best tasting whole plant based cheese from cashews but they claim there is still too much unhealthy fat in them.
@@monicasong427 I already do that. I eat beans more than most veggies aside from the #1 veggie of all time the humble potato. Reason for this is with my limited chewing function chewing a lot of fiber drives me crazy. It seems as if I can never get it chewed up enough and I get tired of chewing.
@ Surely. However, potatoes are more dilute in their calories than beans. If weight gain is desired, it may be better to replace vegetables such as potatoes with beans, millets, and whole grains.
Thanks

Eat more calorie-dense nut butters, seeds, bread, and avocados.
