If you were using 2x6 or even 2x8 floor joists, would. you have considered only two main beams? I am planning a shed, but my plans call for 2x8 joists, but I am using two 4x6 beams on fasteners cemented into concrete blocks, sitting on top of buried concrete. My concern is the amount of cantilever, but with 2x8 joists for this 10x12 shed, my cantilever of a foot seems okay. Just looking for some opinions on the confidence in a cantilevered floor.
I think it's generally understood to be best to keep wood out of contact with cement like the block , as its always going to wick moisture from the ground and lead to rot.. a folded piece of dpm between could help
Looks quite sturdy but I would adding noggins down the middle. Not seen the gravel and breeze blocks idea before but looks good - did you cut out the 4 x 4 clearance yourself or did they come like that?
0:42 thats amazing. I'm actually working on a product something like that. I never seen anyone use it.

Nice foundation. I would concider pouring concrete around the blocks locking them into the ground. Wont take much 2bags

Actually they came like that, didn't cut anything.
