    Hi, where did this 360 full cycler recruitment come from? May I ask for any academic references on this?

      I've always said full-cycle but lots of people use the term 360. Not sure where it came from but just like recruiting, terms and acronyms change all the time.

    Hi, I love your video and you always get me thinking. I am a 360 full cycle recruiter with 14 years with my firm and Im curious if your 360 recruiter commission structure is different than the 10-20% you mentioned in a prior video for a recruiter? My guess is the 360 model would be a bit more? We are looking at different models and how to structure commissions and appreciate your thoughts!

      There are all sorts of ways to structure commission. Depends on if you're people you are hiring are willing to be full commission or if they want a base. It's very hard to give anyone over 50% commission long-term because they'll want more and you can only go so high. It also depends on how big you want the team to get, how many tools you'll offer, and how much your expenses are. The highest I think you can ever give someone is 65% because there simply isn't enough left over to cover everything. A lot of people don't realize how much it costs to retain talent + taxes + the rollercoasters of the market.
