    Great class Olivia- hope to see you back at the Cambridge club soon. By then maybe I’ll be able to touch my toes- Maria takes things to another level entirely!

    This routine has become a regular for me! My spine gives a good crack after it. Much needed after sitting at a desk all day.

    You are hyperextending the neck by rolling it back not good , chin chest and centre , then to left and centre then to right and centre is correct form
