"We can start living". Bless her. I hope that they have a wonderful rest of their lives. They seem like good people and have worked for what they have. God bless you.
I appreciate that all 3 were well below budget. I hate it when the hosts show homes above budget. So happy this lovely couple got the home they loved. Big smile on my face.
Lovely houses, lovely couple, lovely Margarita and lovely ending. That's a lot of 'lovely's' I admit, but I'm not the only one repeating myself; I think Karen must have said 'yeh' about 400 times! Still, I'm delighted with the happy ending. As soon as I saw the Champagne bucket, I knew what was coming.
What a lovely couple! I loved how she was looking every house over, from floor to ceiling. You can just tell that they have thoroughly enjoyed the life together that they have had. To get in before Covid hit - Best to them!
So nice to have a nice couple, appreciating the houses they are being shown. I teared up when the woman turned round so we couldn’t see her crying. I get so annoyed when the couples are demanding, negative, uppity types. This couple look like ppl I would love to have as friends and neighbors.
I agree. Loved the instrument making. 1st house my favourie. 3 large barns!!! Could be fabulous projects. Mystery house: 4 floors - too much - not getting younger.
What a lovely couple! I'm so happy they found their dream home. It was beautiful, and I think the right choice. The Mystery house was in such a pretty setting, but I think those stairs would have gotten pretty tiring.
Great people, real requirements and budget, amazing offers fulfilling the list and well within budget. It was destined to finish even before started. That's how it is done!
Love house #1 too and I'm thrilled their offer was accepted. What a lovely couple (and... he looks like Paul Hollywood). Wish them wonderful memories in their new home.
It's so satisfying when there is a great outcome like this. So many of these episodes end with no offers, no finality. I wish them many happy years in their dream home!
I relate to the woman, she was so happy, that was looked like fairy tale. I'd would have also been in tears and I'm so happy they got it. Hope they spend wonderful years living in it.
I felt sorry for the presenter. It was obvious that after house one, they were just playing along. They couldn't care less. They've already put in their offer for house one and that's all they can think of.
Buying a house with four floors for a couple of this age, I fear is a mistake. They aren’t old yet, but if they plan on this being their forever home, they need to consider going up & down all those stairs in twenty years. 🤔🤔🤔
I loved things about the 3 homes but i loved house 1 as a whole just like they did. It had a great layout especially with the downstairs bathroom, then the beautiful gardens and 3 outbuildings. They also had enough money left over for updates.
Just like the couple I fell in love with the first House. For me, to many stairs in the mystery house, but an absolutely stunning 'Downstairs' Kitchen! poor Lady repeating : "Yeah....Yeah.... ..... Yeah...., Yeah...Yeah" at a loss of Words? Still, one of the happiest Endings!
The second house had weird slab walls broken by one off-center widow. Looked unpleasant from the outside. Needed some windows to break up the big slab of pink wall.

Because their rational minds take over and they inspect the house and find problems or realize it won't be suitable for a commute or to grow old in, or the location is wrong, or it's too remote or too overlooked or a development is planned nearby or they can't get planning permission for changes, or their life changes, or they can't insure it or the bank won't give them a loan on it or any number of other practical considerations.

"We can start living" also caught my breath & when she cried I knew that was their home!
Hard to believe this was filmed 8 years ago.
I appreciate that all 3 were well below budget. I hate it when the hosts show homes above budget. So happy this lovely couple got the home they loved. Big smile on my face.
Ditto!
someone please tell me what did they mean in the end when they said "We put an offer in and they refused the first time"??
@@helena-ff3pi The first offer was too low, so the seller refused it.
All the houses were gorgeous, especially house 1. Glad they got their dream home. Love this presenter, such a friendly person
Well done Margherita for finding this lovely couple their perfect dream home.
This is one of the best because they found a very special home and they look so very happy.
Lovely houses, lovely couple, lovely Margarita and lovely ending. That's a lot of 'lovely's' I admit, but I'm not the only one repeating myself; I think Karen must have said 'yeh' about 400 times! That first home is a dream
Wonderful episode - Margherita, the sheep farm, the musical instruments, lovely couple, gorgeous homes AND a Happy Ending!!! Hooray!!!
What a lovely couple! I loved how she was looking every house over, from floor to ceiling. You can just tell that they have thoroughly enjoyed the life together that they have had. To get in before Covid hit - Best to them!
A genuinely happy couple. I can picture grandchildren running riot!

No way on house #3………ALL those stairs!!!
Well done! This may very well be my favorite Escape to the Country!
I agree. Loved the instrument making.
1st house my favourie. 3 large barns!!! Could be fabulous projects.
Mystery house: 4 floors - too much - not getting younger.
Absolutely!
So wonderful they found exactly what they wanted.
Yay. All 3 were great for the money. Happy they got the one they wanted.
What a nice couple and after all these years watching I finally get to see someone actually buy a property.
That Welsh music and musical instruments maker are marvelous!
What a lovely couple! I'm so happy they found their dream home. It was beautiful, and I think the right choice. The Mystery house was in such a pretty setting, but I think those stairs would have gotten pretty tiring.
Great episode!!❤❤❤
Great people, real requirements and budget, amazing offers fulfilling the list and well within budget. It was destined to finish even before started. That's how it is done!
This is one of the best shows. Great, nice couple and three houses, all what they were asking for. And they bought their favorite house! 👏👏👏👏👏
A lovely and joyous episode! 🥰👍
It definately ticked all the boxes for fans of this show!
I am so, so happy for them! What an incredibly wonderful couple and a stunning, stunning house!
This couple didn't mock around. Congrats!!
Love house #1 too and I'm thrilled their offer was accepted. What a lovely couple (and... he looks like Paul Hollywood). Wish them wonderful memories in their new home.
So happy for them ❤she really loved the first house ❤
I am happy for them. I loved that house too. It would have been it for me as well. She is a lovely realtor.
Four lots of stairs where you are getting older would certainly be a challenge for me !
It's so satisfying when there is a great outcome like this. So many of these episodes end with no offers, no finality. I wish them many happy years in their dream home!
I’m soooo happy this lovely couple got the house they wanted. It was my favorite as well. 👏👏👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰🥰

So tickled for them! Loved that house!
This host is so warm and charming
I felt sorry for the presenter. It was obvious that after house one, they were just playing along. They couldn't care less. They've already put in their offer for house one and that's all they can think of.
This might be my favorite out of hundreds
To me the millhouse and its location is marvelous!!!
Lovely couple. Love it when we see the final result
Wow! This countryside is beautiful!
What a lovely couple. I'm glad they found their new home.
They made my day, l can remember when anyone found their home. Incredibile !!! Congratulation, it could not have happen to a nicer couple. Wonderful

They didn't get that house.
So happy for them!
What is the fascination with a shower on the ground floor without a bedroom nearby? Love every home this show reveals to us.
Paul Hollywood got a new home! Well, in the closing scene sitting at the picnic table, it could have been him.
Gorgeous home for a gorgeous couple. Well done and cheers.🇨🇦
The 1st house was better than other 2.❤
I agree, Margherita is a delightful and caring host to escapees!
I loved things about the 3 homes but i loved house 1 as a whole just like they did. It had a great layout especially with the downstairs bathroom, then the beautiful gardens and 3 outbuildings. They also had enough money left over for updates.
Good on 'em!

best
i'm so glad they found one !
what a sweet presenter😊😊very ❤❤amazing homes ❤❤
Wonderful happy for them they had loved the house so much
The wife: "yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah" x 1 000 000!
One of the best episodes
What a great, exciting episode!!
I see on this program so many front yards that are orange gravel instead of lawn and shrubs and trees.
Lovely couple ❤
Great episode. Even though Pete is from Bristol, he sure sounds Cornish!
House 1 was really lovely, I thought 2 was nice as well. 3 I wasn't a fan of the layout (just personal preference) but it was also lovely.
The second house had weird slab walls broken by one off-center widow. Looked unpleasant from the outside. Needed some windows to break up the big slab of pink wall.
Good road links after complaining about the amount of cars on the M4
Thanks for a great episode of ETTC. But as a non-native speaker, I lack subtitles and video transcripts.
I like the part where a southerner (Nicki) tells two northerners to move up north where they belong 😅
All three homes would have done for me, but I would also have chosen house 1.

how exciting
They sheer the female sheep in december? Poor darlings will be so cold in the winter.....
House 1 is a 10 outside. Walking through the front door into the living room knocks it down to a 3.
Karen says "yeah" a lot!
House number one is awesome!! One thing I’ve noticed a lot of times the properties bring on the emotions and tears and then are rejected?

I agree very special.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️💚🩵💛🧡🥰🤗
