The factory Star Racing Yamaha team recently moved their headquarters from Southern California to the East Coast after they purchased Ricky Carmichael's GOAT Farm back in 2020. Although the GOAT Farm has always been referred to as being in Tallahassee, Florida, the actual location is Cairo, Georgia. In This Week in MXA episode 95, presented by O'Neal, 450 Team Manager, Jeremy Coker, gives us a full tour of the brand new race shop they built here at the farm.

Man, Star has come so far & is one of the biggest/best teams now. Super cool bikes, facility and team, place is state of the art & super impressive ! Really cool video
Awesome place and super organized. Looks great makes me proud to be a blue crew fan and owner of 4Yamaha bikes and one 4500 generator hopefully a little of my hard earned money is in that place somewhere lol.

Looks like a great facility...they certainly saved some money by eliminating all the windows...🙂
Better Investment too. Don't have the riders because of public tracks, and have the abilty to change their tracks.
Out in the East of America property does well over there. After The Lawerence train is over Star is gonna be taking Championship's again.
Amazing ! I bet even Ricky is amazed by how far not just Star Yamaha has come , but how far the sport is moving , with much more to come ~!
Awesome video, amazing facilities as most factory teams operate out of California and have cases of Pro’s at the mercy of public tracks, seeing a team setup like Star is awesome as it’s built around the employees whether mechanics or riders.
All those bikes and they bullied a kid to keep one. lol
I don’t think it’s them, more the Deegan, it’s like being not happy of a agent in a company, and blaming the company.
The Deegan had to check the rules before entering a competition.
Anyway we’ll always have 2 sides of the story.

I’m sure the other manufacturers want to see it too lol.
The walls look a bit blank , would be cool to have some jerseys / team/riders and event pictures on them .
also some more windows wouldn't go a miss
And maybe a plant or two.
And an indoor granite waterfall with its own hippy/guru to help the riders answer those very difficult introspective questions.
We all want the camera to go into that “250 engine room”!!!!🙏🙏🙏

He's a respected magazine review guy ..it's his job! You want honest reviews right? I'm a Yamaha guy too.
@@Davido50 no the fact is he was pushing KTM brand a lot and saying tuning your bike is a waste of time is not honest at all. Funny how he was cool changing clips in another brand which takes just about as much time. Plus the clips don’t hardly give you crap for adjustment. Ask my friends they hate theirs compared to what I have. Several switched to Yamaha now. Point is nothing honest about it. A lot of ppl love that feature. Funny others are trying to catch up to it but only do the chip thing..
Every since that kid claimed deegans bike and didnt get it i believe Yamaha is a cheater. That whole scenario is messed up and realistically they should have kicked haiden and yamaha out of the AMA. Boooo yamaha sucks

For the life of me I will never know why motocross has chosen Cairo. We had a few come from the surrounding areas that made it like RC, Lusk and Millsaps, but never would have thought this.
Kind of thought they would have some cnc and 3d printers like the other factory teams do .
Amazing facility but should have floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the views!
I totally agree .. the offices upstairs have small windows and the race winners are tucked away upstairs crammed in a small space .. needed a really nice entrance foyer .. imo
Looks nice but definitely thought it was better when the GOAT had it with an old barn.
What an absolutely amazing facility would be a dream come true working there.

No more watching Motocross for me thanks to Star. What happened at Lorreta's on the claiming of a bike . They way Star Yamaha treated the rider and the sponsor for claiming the bike is just sicking. It is in the rules, but Star Yamaha doo not have to play buy the rules. They can threaten their way around the rules.
Sweet shop…but it’s not a factory shop without a full indoor bike wash bay.

I need an indoor wash room...as soon as my plastics come off I feel like my bike needs a whole new pressure washing session and it's usually at night so no dice on firing up the pressure washer at 930pm in the neighborhood lol

I teach Outdoor Powersports to high school students and they asked, "shouldn't they keep the parts washer lid closed(when not in use) like we do to keep the fumes and evaporation to a minimum? All in one place. Gone are the days of meeting the box van at Saddleback with Ed Sheidler and testing. But those were awesome days as well. Miss them. Love the clean and organized facility for sure. Top notch.

what kind of parts need to be climate controlled? is it bad if parts get Hot or really Cold ? i guess both
It’s Florida 😂 it gets really hot and really humid. Anything electronic will end up with moisture inside of it within time.
