    For the Dough:
    - 3 cups all-purpose flour
    - 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
    - 1 cup warm milk
    - 1 teaspoon sugar
    - 1 teaspoon cup vegetable oil or melted butter
    - 1 tsp salt
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Dough:
    1. **Activate the Yeast**: In a small bowl, mix the warm milk and sugar, then sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
    2. **Make the Dough**: In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, and oil or melted butter, Mix until a dough forms.
    3. **Knead the Dough**: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    4. **Let it Rise**: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
    Assemble the Buns:
    1. **Preheat Oven**: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. **Shape the Buns**: Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions (about 12-16 pieces). Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten it into a disc.
    3. **Fill the Buns**: Place a spoonful of your preferred chicken filling in the center of each disc. Bring the edges together and pinch to seal, forming a bun. Place the buns seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
    4. **Bake**: Brush the tops of the buns with a little milk or beaten egg for a shiny finish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
