is this handheld good for long road trips for on the go gaming? I think it looks great for road trip gaming please anybody let me know alright because I can’t buy the Nintendo switch it’s 50,000 rupees and this one is 3000 ruppes:3
I've had a few of these 7 inch display budget handhelds. Had the X12 and I now have the PowKiddy X16 they both have the same program. One thing I found out is that the emulation on these are only decent for GBA games. Meaning Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance games (some NES games run properly, not all). The other thing is that while they give very poor emulation to the remaining consoles, these make awesome video media players. I have kept my PowKiddy X16 because I love it's sleek design and the large display for running GBA. I've also installed a 512GB micro sd card in my X16 to add TV shows and movies along with my GBA roms library.
I also love the Save/Load game feature on this handheld.
There is a Pokemon version of this handheld that looks so cool called the X40 Plus Pokemon Player! I had it once, gave it away as a Christmas gift but plan to purchase it again. The console is red and white with red jelly bean colored buttons.
hey so like mine was x12 plus 8gb 5 inch or sum like that and when i opened it and turned it on it was balck screen with white lines and when i tried to restart it it turned to all white, any ideas?
@ChosenSwift in my opinion...and I might be corrected on this by others ..if so I'm OK with that as long as you get the answers u need .. I believe it could be either the internal memory needs a reset or the SD card ..is bad
I really had a good time seeing the joy you got while playing around with this console. Every time I see one of these I contemplate a purchase of one. But then I think I would be disappointed because I've been spoiled with having a Miyoo Mini and an Anbernic Rg35xx. I really want it because of the screen size. Seeing your video didn't help me decide on buying one or not. It was fun to watch your video though. Keep it up you, have a contagious demonstration style that's worth watching. 🌝

ps1 😂 no way. it runs gb, gbc, gba, nes, sega Genesis and not very well i might add. do not buy this.

Got mine from TEMU under $32.
I'll be playing with it to figure out the operating system. It's a bit hard to navigate. Plus, I want to put in a memory card (max 32GB) and connect to PC. Should show up as a storage device (I think- like a USB flash drive maybe?).
Oh, BTW- screen resolution is 800 x 400. Not a big deal. These old games played on the old CRT TVs. They were about 480 x 360 (4:3 ratio).
Screen is a TFT, so not as good as the more expensive devices with IPS screens. But for what it does for the price, I'm happy. Love the 7 inch screen.... Can't see those little screens anymore.
But don't buy a Nintendo Switch case to put it in... The X12 is bigger than a Switch.
I just got mine and turned it on (charged over night). Found the game folder. 19,500 game files.
I'm at 2:30 of the video right now. resume watching.

How do you play ps1 games? I try with iso files but didn't work for me.
Some PS1 games will work i got Spyro The Dragon, Ape Escape, Tekken 2 , Crash Bandicoot.

@@Litasfck yes but make sure you format correctly and make a back up off the sd card that came with it just in case so you have a back up just in case
