Hey Jenna, I’m from South Africa and I find that your unique style has inspired me so much. I’ve been frequenting local thrift stores and doing a lot of DIYs. That just makes me appreciate doing my share in being more earth-friendly by buying previously loved items. Thank you for great ideas that transcend borders. 🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️
I’m SO happy to read this Sihle! Thanks for taking the time to leave encouraging words and I’m so happy you’ve been finding the joy in thrifting 💕 Thanks so much for the kindness, friend and I hope you have a wonderful week! 🥰
This is absolutely the best tutorial I've seen on how to get that old aged look on a pot . Seriously they all look so pretty and natural looking. Will definitely be trying this.
Hey Jenna, During this time of my retirement, I am finding so much inspiration from you on beautifying and upgrading my home. Specifically, I would like to express gratitude and compliment you for these things: A. Your clean-look and minimalist decor. B for your impeccable presentation of video-technology, which displays brightly and clearly, and C. the ongoing creative ideas you present with precise supplies and their application. Congratulations on your hard work to achieve such advanced levels of artistry. 🍀🍁🌷🥀🌹
Gorgeous pieces, and great instructions! I liked the black vessel the best, it's a pity the coverage is a bit sensitive, but you're right, a sealer would ruin it. I also love to add a hint of green when ageing the pots, this makes it look a bit "mossy")
Just in time! I have some vessels sitting in my laundry room waiting for a makeover! Love the black one especially, but, they are all great!! Paint sponge here I come!!😂
I love everything you did I'm a seventy-two-year-old great-grandmother and I love watching you do those I'm going to use some joint compound and try to do this big water pitcher that I have and I have a couple milk cans with the lids I'm going to try and do something like that I think they're going to be nice keep up the good work
Always love seeing your crafting ideas Jenna, and you are just the best at ageing vessels. The transformations are always fabulous and so inspiring. Loved your latest choices - gorgeous as always. Thank you 👏🏻🇬🇧
I love the Hobby Lobby green dotted one. I hope they have more when I go tomorrow. You’re giving me ideas and things to do in my spare time ( like spare time actually exist)! Thank you! 😃
I love how all of yours turned out, they were beautiful. I am so hooked on this technique, I have done several of these myself. I enjoy all of your videos. Thank you for sharing.
And here I am trying to buy all these expensive vases when I could have totally done this technique! So glad I found this video and it's now given me some ideas on vases! Yay! Can't wait to try these methods!!!
Wow - you did fantastic things to those pots, of which none I would have chosen in their original color or finish. I can't pick a favorite because I love them all. Off to get some spray paint and Waverly Truffle now!! Thank you so much for showing us how to transform them into such gorgeous "designer dupes". xx
Lovely taste Jenna.. your home truly looks like a haven! I love how your home has a light and breezy coastal vibe to it, with absolutely no sea shells/boat-shelves/usual "coastal" decor. The Hobby Lobby DIY pot was really inspired. It looks fantastic! Can you do a video on your favorite Rug recommendations? I am super interested in getting some ideas for rugs for a master bedroom. TIA!
Love all the pieces, the colour combinations and the plants you pick. You have great taste, and the natural earthy tones look clean, sophisticated and modern, as I don't like bright, primary colours. Great inspiration here! Thank you 🙏👌
Good Morning dear Jenna. Thank you so much for doing another video on the aging technique. I appreciate that you showed different techniques depending on the effect we want. I have many to redo myself so I am saving this video as reference. I want to wish you a most Wonderful day and all the best to you and your family on this special weekend. 🤗💖🐰🌺🐇💗🤗
Keep up your DIY’s. They’re wonderful and you’ve got a great inspiration with your comparing the design elements and making them more affordable and you have a definite design touch so elegant. Thank you for inspiring me.
I really like your channel and have found that you have a really good mix of shopping hauls, decor advice, dupes for furniture and home decor, and even some diys like this video. I feel like you show how to get a nice home decorated very stylish with a budget. I really love all your high end dupes for less and have bought several things that I was wanting but not for the designer price tag. Keep up the great videos!!
i'm loving your videos and this video has me so excited. i was just at hobby lobby and they had some pots and plants on sale. and good to know other areas i can get inspired from and those colors i love. and i can't wait to pick up at my next visit at craft store.
My fav is the red pot redone. Try fine steel wool to dull down the sheen on the clear coat. That might help give more of a flat look. Thanks for your videos.
Hi Jenna, awesome tutorial as I’m going to be doing this project so it was great to follow. Please do more of these videos for large garden pots. Thanks
Omg such PERFECT timing Jenna!! I’ve been collecting thrifted vases and I haven’t gotten around to DIYing them. I’m so indecisive on what aging style I wanted to go with and what you did is exactly what I’m looking for! Can’t wait to give it a try 🥰
Jenna!! You always do such an amazing job making all of your vases look high end and your own. I love what you ended up doing with the green raised dotted vase from hobby lobby. They all look SO GOOOOOD 😍
Where have you been all my life....lol You literally have saved me a TON of money 💰 Love your ideas. I would have walked right by that red pot and thought ugh! Thank you Thank you Thank you 😊 Fan for life.
Jenna, I love both DIY vessel videos. You make is easy to do and I think your results were beautiful! I love the greenery you find at Hobby Lobby… just perfect for the vessels you modified. I have a few vessels to do but I need to get some of that waverly chalk paint…the truffle color is perfect for aging the vase. Thanks Jenna!
I just found your channel yesterday and I'm really enjoying your videos. I love all the neutrals. I'm just now starting to watch the DIYs. Loved the aged vessels! So informative! And thank you for telling me there is a Pottery Barn outlet in Goodyear, AZ . It's 102 miles from my house in Tucson and we are going up next week. Can't wait!
How can 1 Pick?!lol… if I had to, I would say the first one because I liked those vessel shapes better. They seemed more substantial. Love your style and taste and that you are also cognizant of the importance of being budget friendly LOVE your channel and inspiration
Love your DIYS. I love that nobby one fro. HL. I'll have to go get that. I saw it there and even picked it up. It was in my hands and then put it back. Oh dear me!
These all came out gorgeous! I would love to try this. I have passed up so many vessels at the thrift store. I would love to see you hit a thrift store for some more affordable finds!
Beautiful job, I love all of them. I cant decide. You did an awesome job, thank you for your attention to details and for your inspiration. 😍 As always God bless and be safe 🙏💞
This is an excellent tutorial video . Love the one from tj maxx but they are all great . I didn’t really want to choose I like them all but if I had to then that would be my first and the second would be the first one you done. Tfs this is the best one out of the two videos
Love seeing your notifications pop up! I have some pieces I want to use this technique on but I also need to be able to get them wet. One is a pitcher I want to set out as decor but also fill the keurig with, other a crock for cooking utensils. If I used the 2 coats off the clear spray, would that work? I love all the pieces, but my favorite was the one with the clear coat sprayed on last and beautiful blush peonies center piece. Thank you for all the inspiration! 💕
So many great ideas! I created a few of your last vessel painting DIYs and I love them! The color combos of these are perfect for spring and summer. Thanks for sharing the Krylon Clear Glaze. Never knew that existed lol! I’ll be on the hunt for some items to transform. Keep the great ideas coming!!!❤
You’re amazing!!! I loved all your DIYS I’m so inspired I have a few vessels I picked up at Goodwill so now I’m inspired to use the same techniques and colors you used!! Thank you for always inspiring us Jenna!!! 🤗
Love these diy! White wax used with caulk paint would have given the same look on the black pot and would have sealed the pot with no risk when touching it.
