  • Intuition is the most powerful tool that every single one of us has for our own personal development and for our resilience as a global community.
    Jannine shares the three levels of intuition.
    Level 1 is all about instinct or 'having a hunch'. Level 2 considers inspiration and Level 3 is about trust. Finally, how do we cultivate intuition? Jannine Barron left bushfire and flood-ravaged Australia to migrate to the UK in March 2020 as Covid19 sent the world into lockdown. The experience inspired the creation of her business mentoring consultancy, driven by the urgency for environmental and personal renewal in the climate crisis and global pandemic.
    Jannine has always been ahead of her time with unconventional thinking. Her regenerative journey led her to design new paradigm frameworks that allow business leaders to embrace regenerative thinking and strategies for change. Jannine lives locally in Maiden Bradley. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

    Btw.... Most people never think of the roots of words. I could go on forever about this, but since we are talking about intuition ... In-tuition...... (Interior teaching)

    Fab-u-lous!! I'm so glad you spoke about that and not climate change :). Your intuition has guided and framed our work for this last year - thank you.

    This talk was so inspiring. I was lead here because I'm currently doing Improv at Chicago's Second City. Improv deals with intuition. Raw data given to you and then you reacting to it without logic. Thank you for making it clear.

    I go to a magick school and they explain that the more you reason, the more it kicks up the faculty of intuition. We call it the inner hearing, or the "Voice". At the higher levels it can come in as psychic senses and clairaudience. But the point is that.... Reason, reason, reason..... This will kick it up. Then get good at listening. Someone that never stops talking, or waiting for their turn to talk will never get good at listening to their intuition.

    I'm glad she didn't waste time discussing the "climate crisis". That has been proven false .
    Spending time in touch with her intuition did ultimately lead her in a good direction and created a good video. Thanks!

    But how to get access to the Intuition?🤔

    • @hellish_lasagna
      @hellish_lasagna 4 місяці тому

      Feelings, feelings, feelings. You have to tune back to your emotions. Stay present with yourself and notice/feel the sensations in your body. The more you practice it, your inner voice will get louder. Also when you feel ready ask yourself questions and always act on the first thought or flash of intuition a.k.a. inner knowing. It's not going to make sense to you at first but the more you do it you will just see how things will synchronize for you. Or did you figure out something else? I am curious

    I was with you until you said the word patriarchal. I’m getting so tired of this narrative. There have been a multitude of societies and civilizations throughout all of history that have placed women equally or higher than men. Maybe for the last 2-3 centuries it’s been MORE one sided, but there wasn’t a meeting that took place where a bunch of men got together and decided that emotions were too feminine to be useful in guiding action. Intuition stopped working in institutions because Galileo realized the importance of having a concrete system we can all agree upon through rigorous scientific observation using the scientific method. This eventually lead to what’s called the enlightenment era. Much of our modern societies institutions came out of thinkers from that era. Most of Which I do believe were probably men. But it’s still a lot more nuanced than how you put it.
