I picked up a hitch hiker a while ago. He was a young local lad. I asked him if he was employed. He said no but he had a job at a construction site but left because the work was too hard. If this attitude is common , then it's no surprise that foreigners are taking over. Employers want the best value for money from their employees. It's not just about hiring the cheapest person. I picked up a hitch hiker a while ago. He was a young local lad. I asked him if he was employed.
