Anand Mahindra ji doesn't like feedbacks of his brands. Kindly buy some other brand in case you feel dejected. Already Mahindra & Mahindra is having a huge customer base so hardly matters. I own a Ford. My authorised service centre takes every possible effort to iron out the issues. And once they fix it, feels like it was never there. Their service is like a charm. So peaceful, no nonsense. They die to get a 5 star review after serving is done as if their life depends on it. I am waiting for them to come back. I will never buy a tata, mahindra, royal enfield etc. Bloody pain in the ass.
Yes I agree, My new Thar Roxx got a "Low engine oil pressure warning" in the speaker, but no signal in the ODO matter. Got it checked at the service center and they checked everything and concluded it as "all good". So not sure why that error message sound comes.

My younger brothers friend recently purchase xuv700 Without Testdrive (they dont have testdrive vehicle) Without negotiation (got brand discount but sales person told that we will able sell on full price but we cant do this due to policy) Without polite behaviour of staff.(lena hoto lo baki dusre customer he line me). I am not understand why people purchase this type of vehicle. Yes mahindra's car is good value for money but just think if he face any issue like this man how he can trust serice center even showroom persons are rude when sell. I have petrol manual Z4 E Aug 2024 model. I find the gearshifts inconsistent. Sometimes it slots in smoothly and sometimes it takes an effort. It feels as if the synchronizers are not working properly. I ensure to press the clutch completely. Also yes there is an issue with apple car play as it turns off automatically. Panel issues. Paint on the fuel lid does not match the cars paint. Also the issue about the trip meter getting reset on its own. I live in Ghaziabad. I would like you to test drive my car to check if my concern with the gearbox is indeed an issue or if this is how the gearbox is cause many people state that the gearbox is smooth.

Surprisingly Mahindra here in South Africa is very helpful, especially one of the main branches, they are polite and cooperative

Each vent has a temperature sensor, you need to hook it up with OBD reader and see if sensor is faulty,.hope that would solve the issue.

Have Scorpio n z8 petrol auto. Had some issues initially with steering, jerky torque converter, door noise etc but Mahindra resolved all of them.

Using Mahindra Bolero since 2013 no problem at all. As a product Full satisfied but there mostly service center are not doing well.
