Please make sure that you have downloaded and installed java in your system before applying the following steps. Launch the Windows Start menu. Click on Programs (All Apps on Windows 10) Find the Java program listing. Click Configure Java to launch the Java Control Panel.
Dear many thanks for asking question again. Please make it sure that you have provided accurate path of your pymol exe in the ligplot. If the path is not right, ligplot will be not able to open the 3D interaction of ligand with protein in pymol. Please watch the part of tutorial where we have explained how to configure ligplot with pymol. Please let us know if issue persist.
Thanks for asking question and sorry for late reply. You can save the result in drw file by clicking on file menu and the save buttoon. Otherwise you can take snapshot of the result by pressing print screen button on your keyboard

Drw files are not supported to PDF. These files will be open only in ligplot. You can take snapshot to save pictures in pdf
