I think that means the higher the score, the better. But I'm still not sure if a score greater than 0 means it's a reliable pose.

Thanks for the talk. Maybe I'm just not understanding your talk, is there a minimum number of points (confidence score) that must be scored to be RMSD < 2 Angstrom?
