There are tons of scenes I love in Monogatari. A lot that ALWAYS hit me hard. But I think the final scene with Ougi from Owari II and the one from Tsuki with Araragi, Shinobu, Ononoki and Kagenui standing up on railways are my eternal favourites. Each thime this ost starts to play, Im overwhelmed by emotions. Years after years, it always does the trick.
