I bought one of the first editions of this deck off eBay. When I say those cards were alive when I opened them I’m not joking! Love your chanel, immediately subscribed❤️
I love that you say that. I bought the Aquarian when I was 19, many many years ago, and I still have my old copy. I used it for years. It's full of magic for me. 🙂
Great deck from a fantastic artist! I'm hoping we'll see David's New Palladini Tarot released in a bridge-sized tin one day, too (it's my personal favorite). Currently, I'm carrying Barbara Walker's Tarot in a Tin with me when I'm out and about. I love the portability/durability of a small tin.
I agree. I think the tin or the box is very important. Can't stand keeping my cards wrapped up in a bit of cloth, as we were supposed to do in the old days!
Personally, if the box allows, I like to put the deck in fabric and then back into the box. If it’s too tight a fit, I put the entire box in a thin fabric bag. Preferably something sheer like organza so I can still see what deck it is. Just my two cents

My first deck, too. The only deck I could find in 1983. I also got the tarot-in-a-tin version for the nostalgia factor.
Still magical for me!
This is such a great deck! Thanks for highlighting this little gem 💕🌻💕

Nice review. As well as the different border proportions, I would have also been upset about the way US Games puts their copyright text everywhere
Yes - a copyright which they probably don't even own, knowing them🙂

I keep my Aquarian in a tin in my car and it feels a bit unhinged of me.
Not unhinged. Completely OK! 🙂
Nope. I tried, and I don't like the cardstock. Aquarian is awesome tho!😅
