Why everyone hating on this man. Sure, he made some terrible movies but you can't help but accept the fact that he tries new things, goes for his own stuff and makes a movie thats just his own film, his own story, his own everything and each time he just keeps on making his own thing thats, for me atleast, very original
It's not hate he just set the bar really high with the Sixth Sense so anything after that looks mid LoL I mean I enjoyed Signs but it was nowhere near as good as the Sixth Sense
@@SamscrewuGaming Children have fantastic tastes in that case, good for them cause Jaws and Raiders are awesome and almost certainly better than what you'd choose.

I really like his films. Yes, he has had a couple of clunkers but what I like is you really have to pay attention to what's going on. Sometimes the answer is not so obvious!
yeah. i think a lot of the dislike for him comes from early 2010s ragebait youtube videos/articles, and weird adults who still care about a bad adaptation of a cartoon. the man made sixth sense/unbreakable/signs/the village, even if the movies after that sucked (pretty much none of them do) hes still a LEGEND.

Well I would say : The signs- The Sixth sense-The village and Back to the future... I guess Im just waiting for Night Shyamalan do a time traveling sci-fi.
I like your comments, I think Mr Shyamalan should make the time travel movie, of the story of my life, and that of my family. The true story, of how I came to inherit a time travel device, 54 years ago. It came to my Great Uncle; David Smith when he was in Egypt in 1923. He was a Captain for the White Star Steamship lines. He was presented a stone that was in the most well known tomb in history, it was given to him, by the head of state, at that time. It is in the shape of a scarab beetle, and has hieroglyphs on the back. I inherited it when I was 12 years old, against the wishes of the other members of my family. They said it was too important, for a child to have. But it has afforded me the opportunity to see many important events and to meet many famous people. I have personally been able to be in historic locations including; the bedroom where Marilyn Monroe died, Harry Houdini's house, the premieres of Star Wars, and the Rocky Horror Picture Show, I was friends with Wendy Jo Sperber (from Back to the Future), several people in the movie Titanic. My high school roommate is now the head of makeup for James Cameron. But it only seems to allow travel back not forward. Because my family's history is eventful as well. My Grandfather was in the Oklahoma land rush, my Great Aunt was in the silent film Cleopatra, with Theda Barra, my Great Uncle was friends with Walt Disney, and they started 'Travel Town' near Griffith Park together. He was also on the ship that captured the only U-Boat captured during WWII (U-505). I collect only small seemingly valueless items that nobody will notice; like a tile from Marilyn's sunken shower, a handmade tile from Charlie Chaplins house, a counter tile from the house where E. T. Was filmed. Too many other things to mention. Thanks
Favorite 4 of all time is probably mid90s, call me by your name, blue velvet, and pulp fiction Honorable mentions: The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Taxi Driver, Apocalypse Now, Wizards
I’d be a terrible interviewer, because I want to learn the opinions of these magnificent artists but instead my ADHD would be like, “Alien! Isn’t Alien the best though? What do you think of Alien? Why do auteurs ruin their own franchises, do you think? Speaking of which: your take on J K Rowling? I think she should never have been allowed to write her own screenplays. What’s it like to be so successful that no one will edit you??” And then the 20-second red carpet interview would be over and I would have gleaned absolutely nothing

Unbreakable is one of the finest movies ever made..
Totally agree
I liked the sixth sense between if I had to choose one of his the scene in the car is a real tear jurker
One of my favorite movies ever.
just watched it for the first time the other day. So many parts of it gave me chills it was great
WHAT?!!!!!!!!!!
The 6th sense, Signs, The Village and Unbreakable. For me, are perfect movies.
He still has an Oscar winning film or two left to make.
he hasn't even won an oscar lol

Seven Samurai, Oldboy, Kikis Delivery Service and the last one is a switch up between Alien and Ponyo
