You can't go wrong with Kate. As a toddler I heard "Wuthering Heights" on Dutch tv and instantly hooked by the "sweet witch". She sank her lovely and wonderful claws in me and never let me go. Great reaction. And of course also props to Donald Sutherland.

Donald Sutherland was filming a movie in Canada when Kate asked him to be in the video. He flew back to England for a weekend, shot the video and then went back to finish the movie. Just shows the amount of respect other artists have for Kate.

I have read the book and the show seems to be done quite well. My feelings in NO way reflect on the show... just my stamina... or something??
Actually, Wilhelm Reich was arrested for his scientific theories and mainly his political (communist) beliefs (which is also the reason why he had to leave Germany during Nazis regime for the USA during McCarthyism), but Peter (his son), as a child, probably relied more on his experiments on orgone energy and the invention of this cloudbuster as the reason for him to be arrested. I remember reading "A book of Dreams" by Peter Reich, and it's a beautiful and very moving book which also inspired Patti Smith to write "Birdland" on "Horses".

My understanding is that the alteration of the lyric from "the son's coming out" to "your son's coming out" refers directly to Peter Reich, who is gay. (I say "my understanding" because I haven't read his book about his father and can't find any confirmation. Bush certainly is smart enough to have put the allusion into the lyric, though.)
You mean "the sun's coming out" in the first quote, but I think, you could see this as confirmed. It's one of Kate Bush's typical non-ambiguous ambiguities... ;-)
