盐salt 1/2 tsp
水 water 150 ml
鱼露 fish sauce 2 tsp
细地瓜粉fine sweet potato powder (or cornstarch) 50 g (1/3 cup)
肉馅：
肥瘦相间猪肉碎 minced pork 80g
白糖 sugar 1/2 tbsp
老抽Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
盐 salt 1/2 tsp
葱花适量Chopped green onion (optional）
