It's more so a defense mechanism by the rein. When he sees Mei ulting him, he immediately shatters to avoid being killed if possible. Kind of a counter ult
It's wonderful when you hit your stride with headshots as Mei. Those times, it feels like you can basically do no wrong. The next game, or even round, though, your aim is almost invariably completely off and you can't hit the broadside of a barn.
The 4 characters I have no mercy towards, ironically, Mercy, Genji, Sombra and Tracer. The last 2, I always try to take out ASAP, because my team sometimes has trouble dealing with them Ball almost makes this list.
This tracer is me every qp game I decided "Hey, I wanna get good on tracer, let me practice her movements and aiming on qp first!" And I proceed to get every god aimer that one shots tracer on the enemy team.
I'll be honest, I had no idea Symmetra could place a turret, then a teleporter on it to teleport said turret. Thought she had to shoot them through the already-made teleporter. How long has that been a thing!? I've played since the first month of OW1
As a character I love Mei. As a character that I have to play against she has the most infuriating combination of bullshit abilities that makes me hate the game everytime I go up against her lol.
That first part reminded me of when I was playing sigma on the high ground where the eagle rides are in Blizzard world and I was just blasting away then I went "I hear Genji" (to my right) turned while still firing a shot and just murdered him without ever seeing him then I stood there for a second like 😯
As a biologist it is actually the case that the hand can "see" before the eyes... just I seriously doubt it would be the case here. Part of what makes fast twitch muscles what they are is localized memory neurons that actually have a direct connection to the optic nerve. These memory cells mostly remember shapes and its a kind of evolutionary memory. In this case some optic nerves do not go to the visual processing area of the brain, they go directly to these localized memory cells that can actually cause someone to react to what they are looking at before they have finished processing the image. Your arm actually can move before you know why where or how. This study was done on a particular group of blind people. There are different kinds of blindness. Total blindess is caused from vitamin A (I beleive) not being able to be shifted back into its light sensitive form meaning your visual processing center still works but the eyes themselves do not. In rare cases it's the visual processing center that's busted but not the eyes. These people actually can still have reactions to things they never see because se evolutionary memory is decentralized away from the visual processing center. These people can be shown images of snakes or insects and say they are uncomfortable but they don't really know why other then something is creepy or scary. This is actually decentralized memory cells influencing hormonal reactions to certain shapes. These shapes are stored in your arms, legs, etc. But in very small amounts. Fast twitch muscles disproportionately have these kinds of memory cells. You can think of it as different kinds of visual processing centers which have one way information transfer. What the eyes see is going to these neurons in the arms and legs but these neurons have no way of transferring the information to the central visual processing center. As a result your hands, arms and legs do see you just never really know what they see. The animal with the most advanced version of this is actually the octopus. Each of their limbs have their own brain to the point where the octopus is not always aware of what it's arms are doing. While they are "sleeping" their arms continue to search for food and try to sense danger even when the main brain is mostly off. They can react to threats while basically unconscious because their limbs act on their own
You know, respect to the Tracer though. Took so many headshots and stuck with it. Meanwhile the Hanzo got caught out once and immediately changed to Widow.
Honestly the Tracer/Mei matchup just looks like this sometimes lol. Even if you’re bad at Mei if you spam right click vs a decent or pretty good Tracer there’s a solid chance she’ll just die before she deals any killing blow on you. That’s without integrating effective wall escape shutdowns (like Seagull did) and left click damage mixups. Tracer probably wins but has to play damn near perfectly if she wants to kill Mei before she kills her :/
The tracism is muscle memory at this point
Holy shit I had forgotten about this classic Seagull meme until I saw this comment lmao
*Misses 3 shots on a stationary Ana, turns and 1 taps Tracer*
Honestly, I am impressed
Seagull has aimbot exclusively for Tracer players
The aim is inversely proportionate to the respect for the pick
Ana hitbox is pretty smol.
I think in game on a projectile hero your accustomed to predicting movement on moving targets so when one stands still it doesnt make i easy lol
The fucking Mei voiceline at 2:46 has never been more appropriate
It's absolutely perfect! 😆
“Tracer I’m sorry” I honestly haven’t heard that voice line before.
The Tracer headshots are nice, but I'm impressed by the Mei ults predicting the Rein ults, that's clean.
It's more so a defense mechanism by the rein. When he sees Mei ulting him, he immediately shatters to avoid being killed if possible. Kind of a counter ult
It’s a defensive thing not a prediction
he's not even trying to hide the tracism at all...
Jesus I thought the onslaught on tracer would be over after the third time.
I think you gave him good reason to ask for your autograph
That's not luck it's autonomous Ultra Instinct

Some matches you're a right-click god, others you're a left-click one trick.
@@Kenicavus Pretty much, yeah.
Another Seagull masterclass at virtual bullying.
ADVANCED. TRACISM.
2:46 Even Mei herself is sorry about that.
Seagull's cure giggling is all I need to make my day. He is just so precious
This is the most I have laughed at OW content in a long time 😂😂
I always thought that Mei players are psychopaths but now it’s confirmed 😂
0:44 he laughs the goosebumps theme????
The 4 characters I have no mercy towards, ironically, Mercy, Genji, Sombra and Tracer. The last 2, I always try to take out ASAP, because my team sometimes has trouble dealing with them
Ball almost makes this list.
Honestly, you drive by murdering that widowmaker with the symmetra teleport was amazing.
This tracer is me every qp game I decided "Hey, I wanna get good on tracer, let me practice her movements and aiming on qp first!" And I proceed to get every god aimer that one shots tracer on the enemy team.
This is me vs every single McCassidy when I want to play Junkrat lmao
3:23 that rein was simply gamed upon

Since the rework it’s been a thing. So 2018?
"Do you want an autograph"
"Sure, can you sign my icicle with your forehead?"
As a character I love Mei. As a character that I have to play against she has the most infuriating combination of bullshit abilities that makes me hate the game everytime I go up against her lol.
I actually enjoy playing mei and am quite decent with her, but I refuse to play her cos she's so un fun to play against lol. Just feels wrong 😂
Now that she can only freeze people entirely in her ult, she doesn’t feel nearly as bad to play against
This was the epitome of pest control. Meanwhile the pest kept asking for forgiveness while still pestering... it is hilarious.
Few days ago I was just running back from spawn randomly shooting as one does and a tracer randomly blinked into my right click for a nice hs
That first part reminded me of when I was playing sigma on the high ground where the eagle rides are in Blizzard world and I was just blasting away then I went "I hear Genji" (to my right) turned while still firing a shot and just murdered him without ever seeing him then I stood there for a second like 😯
The enemy Rein had the worst timed shatters
I didn't know Seagull was SO CRACKED
0:10 fastest endothermic blaster of the west

That tracer must've been getting flamed hard on his team.
That‘s cyberbullying
Nothing worse than being killed by a mei just spamming and getting those shots. I know he got a few clean shots but some of them were just lucky tbh.
Tracer...
I AM HAVING A BAD GAME!
3:55 8 Final blows, at least 4 are that tracer
obviously the tracer hs are really nice, but the falling hs on hanzo in 90%+ coverage at 4:05 is insane
Top 500 Tracist Streamer
They were a good sport. Much respect
I'm waiting for that one comment that says "I USED TO LOOK UP TO YOU!!"
You know, respect to the Tracer though. Took so many headshots and stuck with it. Meanwhile the Hanzo got caught out once and immediately changed to Widow.

That Tracer just has aan awful day. Bet he steps on some Lego later while spilling coffee on his white shirt.
Should be sleeping it's 3am, but a b_seagull video just dropped so here I am. Ready to see this tracer get destroyed
i didn’t understand the name Seagull until i hear his laugh lol
Ever get that feeling of Deja Vu?
Seagull's tracism is alive and well I see
Real ones remember tracist seagull
Well I didn't realize Seagull was so big into cyberbullying, why don't you just dox the guy while you're at it? Lol
Not the west coast legend OJ lmao
I like how no matter how fun mei is, shes so bad you have to swap off her sometimes
I'm only 3:40 in and laughing still. Poor tracer 😏
OG traceist
So did you get the autograph?
That tracer is OJ he just deranked from gm2 that guy is not t500.
Bro I would swap off tracer, go mei and still get destroyed.
Appreciated.
So is it fair that so many things one shot tracer?
Wdym hes tracist seagull just wanted give the tracer some Popsicles since he seemed heated :)
*plays character that can get 1shot easily*
*gets 1shot easily by character who can 1shot her*
*madge*
It's so BS how Mei and Ashe can just one tap you like that on Tracer
Not at all when she has all that mobility
Pretty predictable and awful movement for a top 500 tracer... Though I suppose it's more on grind and team than anything anyway.
Love people playing Mei again…
7 years later and tracer mains still get upset that people can actually hit them💀💀💀
