Same guy in my qp game few days ago. Was complaining that we had a mercy. Then he went for a reaper ult when he was down 2v5 and got mad and said it takes all 5 of us to kill him, as if he basically wasn’t the only one alive and dropped into the middle of our team. Won't even lie to y'all, I uninstalled overwatch after playing it non stop (Kinda, I have a job 😭) since 2016 and I'm obviously not the best, (My highest rank is masters 3 on tank) but constantly facing toxicity like this since I started playing took a toll on me after so many years and caused me to uninstall for a while. Watching flats absolutely demolish this dude is really heartwarming.
The toxicity I've been getting the last couple of days has been crazy. Had someone add me and tell me to kms (and many other crazy things that I wont repeat) because I played moira, even though we won, yesterday we had a chick yelling at the entire team and then threw because she didn't get her way and had a 3 stack of smurfs mass report me and the other support for not playing mercy after being harrassed to swap, ran into them again as a four stack this time and they did it again. I thought toxicity got better as you climbed, I'm masters as well, but no. So I don't blame you, if I didn't like the game so much and could buy many games to cure my boredom I would have already uninstalled. I don't get why people don't understand why no one wants to join chats or use coms anymore.

I think it's good to take a break but you shouldn't let the haters get to you if you enjoy playing the game. There's also been a lot of issues this season with comp being worse than ever and the game feeling like it's punishing good and skilled players. It's happening in casual modes too. It's like matchmaking got worse or something, idk, but I think it's the reason why so many people have been on edge and more toxic than ever. Should you ever feel like returning to the game, you always have the option to turn off text/game chat from your team and the enemy team.
The most important lesson I took out of playing Overwatch is to just disable text and voice chat. Until I get into literally GM lobbies, the benefits aren't going to outweigh my braincells dying of cringe, and maybe even then

@@dryanaa4474 In fact, I did not have a choice myself about being SCRAWNY for most of my life (or short, or nearly blind, but those are for a different conversation). You could not keep my stomach full of food, my metabolism was JUST TOO FAST. I could eat my weight every day, I could have HUGE meals like as much as Sumo Wrestlers eat and filled me to the gills, and two hours later my stomach would be screaming for more. It was not until my Testosterone levels dropped that I was FINALLY able to get some body fat and keep it.
Obviously, other people have the opposite problem I had and sometimes they have MUCH WORSE health problems than what I have to deal with, which makes them stay bigger than average no matter what they try to do about it. I really hope you get SOME amount of sense and logic in your head along with looking up how many different body types are involved in the Human Species.

Fatshaming is heavily ingrained in a lot of society. So much of the time they equate being fat to being unhealthy... but fat isn't a very good indicator of health in general. It's often a barrier to care because doctors say stuff like "lose weight and then I'll treat you"... but regardless of their weight the medical issue still would have happened, and losing fat wouldn't do much

Man I feel this (except we didn't demolish). Played some QP with some friends in a 5 stack for fun and the whole enemy team played like it was a scrim (usually all 5 targetting one person like they were comming, staying perfectly grouped, counter swapping, and even ran some strats and such) and was super toxic the whole game. We ended up leaving because we didn't want to deal with it. Man how can you be that serious about a QP game?
